Great location for a long weekend get away in Milwaukee. Well stocked and comfortable. Happy with our stay- will definitely be back when visiting our son!
Comfortable one bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen very well stocked, with Kerig coffee maker and coffee. Close to lakefront and downtown. Off street parking, with owner available next door for issues.
Property manager was amazing!! Very communicative and flexible. I would advise anyone staying to bring ear plugs because the tenants who live in adjacent apartments tend to stay up late and are easily heard.
We had a great time visiting my Marquette student at this property. We had ample space to hang out and make a meal with ingredients from the local Italian market. The bed was super cozy, I slept great! The neighborhood is very close to restaurants (would have been walking distance without 5 inches of snow, but that’s Milwaukee!). We will definitely stay again.
We were in town for HD Homecoming. Enough space for our bikes and close to Brady Street. House is cute and had what we needed. The washing machine and dryer were super helpful for us so we’re didn’t have to pack as much! The extra toiletries and kitchen items were a bonus and appreciated! Would stay here again if I was in the area! Thank you!!!
Was very disappointed that the only heat was small space heater. We were there 3 nights and never had hot water. Owner responded to parking questions but never addressed the no hot water issue. Wish owner the best in remodeling project.
Great place to stay in Milwaukee. Location is very close to the waterfront, downtown, river access, and lots of shops and places to see. The apartment is very nice and well appointed.
We had a very nice time. The location and the parking space were great. We were close enough to everything to swing by for whatever we needed. Bill was close enough to help with anything.
Great location and apartment, furnished with all the amenities you'll need to make your stay easy! Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked, and Bill is very accessible if needed. Location is central to so many things in Milwaukee, and we'll definitely look to stay here again when we return.
This is our go to place to stay when we are in town to see family. Place is clean and well stocked with essentials for easy meals. The location is convenient to get anywhere in the city and the off street parking is a plus!
We really enjoyed our stay. Property was as described. Very comfortable in a nice neighborhood.
Love the on on site parking, was a huge benefit. The owner was very acommodating and available. Property is clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay there again.
Lovely and very clean! Great communication and easy check in. Nice decor, art and amenities. Very comfortable bed! Overall great stay. We will book again.
Everything was so nice and tidy when we arrived and the property was in a great spot from all the places we wanted to go and we did not need our car for most things.
My wife and I had a great long weekend in Milwaukee visiting family. Modest but clean apartment with almost everything you'd need. Relatively quiet neighborhood, but walkable to nearby food/drinks.
The place was very comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was the perfect stay for my first visit to Milwaukee…a quick walk to the lake, Brady Street restaurants and nightlife, and easy access to highways. Bill was great at communicating and making sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!
This was our second stay on this property. It is very conveniently located for our visit with family. It is clean and well maintained. Parking place provided. Bill is responsive for any questions.
My partner and I stayed here and had a great stay. We both worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was able to handle both of our needs with no issue. The location was wonderful for us as we visited a lot of the local restaurants, breweries and cideries. We also took advantage of the MKE public transit and taking the buses in the area was a breeze with multiple stops just a few blocks away. We were unable to find the air conditioner, but luckily the weather was fairly mild in the spring. We would recommend this location for anyone looking to spend a quick vacation in MKE.
Bill is a wonderful host and kind person. We had faced some troubles with the app when I needed to adjust my stay, but we learned that in the future it is best to cancel and rebook the reservation. Bill was kind the entire time we worked through the complication. It was resolved. The apartment was clean and had great charm and character. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Every room felt like an intimate and cozy inviting space. And it's in the perfect location near Brady street. But more importantly for me, it was a nostalgic area and the best way to introduce my fiancé to US and MKE for his first time from Japan. Bill provided wifi and cable along with some streaming services. I'm grateful for that because there was PBS and I was able to revisit my childhood lol. He also said that if any time we got too hot or cold he'd be happy to adjust the temperature for us because the heat gage wasn't within our reach, but we were comfortable the whole time. Bill has some wonderful books in the apartment about MKE and our neighborhoods, so it made it really easy to look at and appreciate where we were. Bill and his wife were incredibly easy and genuine to take with and I would happily rent from them again any time.
A small note though- it is the Riverwest and there's families living nearby. You can expect to hear some people and children outside now and then. We didn't mind though.
Highly recommend ☺️❤️
