Come enjoy our all season 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the charming Chimney Hill area of Wilmington, VT. This home is a perfect getaway for those looking for easy living, rest, relaxation, and family fun. The house has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Master bedroom has a King bed, and there is one Queen room, one Full room with a twin trundle, and one room with two Twin beds. There is also a pack n’ play available for use.

The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There is a dining room table with seating for six people. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub, and a bathroom with a standing shower downstairs.

There are two living rooms with gas fireplaces! Our downstairs den was recently renovated with pristine hardwood floors and rustic Edison lighting. In the case of a disagreement on what to watch, send the kids downstairs! We have a foosball table as well as a small toy box available with infant and toddler-friendly toys and books. Both living rooms have TV with Roku, including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video available for your use. Please note, we do not have local or cable channels on our TVs.

Our home is in the Chimney Hill vacation community, you can enjoy our included amenities - ice skating, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, hot-tub, clubhouse including playroom, basketball courts, tennis courts and outdoor playground. The clubhouse and pool may have limited hours, be closed and/or require reservations due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please inquire before booking.

There is also access to various hiking trails and the VAST trail system from the Chimney Hill community. We are 10 minutes from Main Street in Wilmington, which hosts a variety of both family friendly and upscale restaurants, 15 minutes from Mt. Snow, 35 minutes from Stratton, 10 minutes to the Hermitage Club, 35 minutes to Green Mountain National Forest and within 30 minutes of Brattleboro and Bennington!

Please note, 4 wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended in the winter to get up our driveway and around the Chimney Hill community.
