This first floor location offers ease of access for all ages. Includes 6 pool passes and 6 beach passes. Perfect for the entire family, located just 4 blocks from a VERY CLEAN public sports complex that includes a Baseball Field Basketball Courts, Hockey Rinks, Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts, Minature Golf and a Skate park!

Fully stocked kitchen with brand new dishwasher, newer refrigerator, newer oven and Keurig. 2 assigned parking spots. Newer full size washer and dryer in unit. Three flat screen tv’s, living room is 55”. Take a quick, inexpensive Uber ride to Atlantic City and enjoy all of the great restaurants and shopping the casinos have to offer.
