Renovated 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo in the desirable Sandpiper Condominium Complex. This unit is directly next to the entrance of the beach and only a couple steps away from the complex's heated, in-ground pool.

This first floor location offers ease of access for all ages. Includes 6 pool passes and 6 beach passes. Perfect for the entire family, located just 4 blocks from a VERY CLEAN public sports complex that includes a Baseball Field Basketball Courts, Hockey Rinks, Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts, Minature Golf and a Skate park!

Master includes upholstered king bed, spare includes a twin over full bunk bed and family room includes a queen sofa bed. The condo seemed clean at first until I looked up at the celing fan and down at the baseboards. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The windowsills were covered in dead bugs and dirt.

Tried to get free cleaning for the apartment after turning down the service. The apartment is cleaned by a cleaning service before every stay. These Renters stayed for a whole month and a week into staying tried to get free cleaning even though they were offered the cleaning service ahead of time and declined to pay for it.

Wonderful stay at Brigantine Beach!

This is our second time at this condo. The beach access trail is a few steps away, and the outdoor pool is virtually just out of the door. The condo is fully stocked with dishware and utensils, with a new refrigerator. Beds are very comfortable. The owner is responsive and gets back to you right away. There were a few cleaning issues, but minor compared to the positive aspects of the condo and our stay.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We were in search of a home away from home setting while attending a sports tournament in Atlantic City. Location was PERFECT and surrounded by various restaurants/stores just down the road. Kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil, dish, cup, pots, etc… Super thankful for the washer/dryer to wash uniforms as needed. Matt was a wonderful host and responded to all my questions promptly. We highly recommend this place to families!

Relaxing and comfortable.

It was a nice comfortable condo.It was a bit of a walk to the beach but it wasn't too bad. There was only one issue that was disappointing and that was only allowing 4 guests access to the pool when we had 5 guests. We know that was not the owners decision and that was part of allowing short term rentals. We really enjoyed ourselves and will consider coming back next year.

First floor convenience

Beautifully updated condo with many thoughtful extras like labeled light switches and shoe mats to help contain dirt/sand. Seating for 6 at the table as well as on the porch is nice if you have a larger group. We appreciated the privacy on the porch from the shrubbery as well. As others mentioned, the walk is a bit longer for being on the beach which could be a concern for some.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Our biggest decision the entire week was pool or beach! Being on the first floor was very convenient. We also had no issues finding a parking spot on the road. The condo had cute decor and a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked. We had one minor issue that the owner was able to respond quickly to, and resolve. The walk to the beach is a bit of a trek but was well worth it. Beautiful sunsets! We had a fantastic week. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay in the condo it was well maintained with all the items that we needed however we had to purchase a coffee machine because we do not use the Keurig or expresso machines. I didn't want to leave!

The property is great, the condo is just as described, has a great kitchen, comfortable beds, fast wifi, washer/dryer and nice size TVs in each room and just comfortable all around. Communication with the owner was easy. Location is very convenient, close to a very nice clean pool and the beach trail, both steps away from the condo. Parking is always available right on the street or you can park in your assigned spots in the lot. Take a walk down the beach trail every evening, you won't regret it. Brigantine is a very nice place, the beach is clean and wide with plenty of room to spread out. The path to the beach is a 5-10 minute walk and once you hit the sand it's another 5 minutes to the ocean, it is really not that bad and it's a beautiful clean area. Be prepared to see rabbits! It's a quiet classic beach town. Atlantic city hotels are a 10 minute drive which is a nice option. I would stay here again for sure.

Be prepared for the walk to the beach

We have never been to Brigantine before, so I wanted to write a review to give the heads up about a few things we would’ve liked to have known before going. The main thing is the walk to the beach. The condo is right next to the beach access, however, the access is probably 300 yards long and then once you get to the beach it will be another 250 yards to get to the water. The last 250 yards is the toughest because it’s walking through the thick sand. If you are not prepared for this it can be tough carrying your beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and small children. I’ve been to wide beaches before where they have a walkway but this section of Brigantine does not. The other thing we were not prepared for was the cooler air temperature. I did not bring any long sleeves and there were times sitting on the beach if you were in the shade that it got chilly. It was also chilly having dinner outside in the evening. The lifeguards were all dressed in sweatshirts and jackets all week long. Both these things are not really game changers but I would go more prepared the next trip. The condo itself was absolutely fine. It is on the first floor and close to the street. We actually preferred parking in the street because it’s a lot closer than the assigned parking areas. Plus the parking spaces you have to put one car behind the other so that can be a pain if the person parked in needs to go somewhere. The beach passes are a plus and needed because we were asked every day on the beach to show our passes. . we enjoyed the closeness to the pool and our grandchildren loved it. The pool is only open when the lifeguard is there which is 10 AM to 6 PM. We played pickle ball at the sports complex and we golfed. Enjoyed both. The grandchildren enjoyed Shark Park playground. We took our bikes which was great because they do have a bike path beside the roads. Brigantine was very nice and we plan to return. We just prefer a shorter walk to the water.

Great location and amenities

The condo is situated steps to the beach access and to the pool. The windows face the side street with bushes that add privacy but do not block the view. Nice screened in porch off the living/dining room to sit and relax. Kitchen has excellent appliances and is well-stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Great for someone who prefers to cook many meals in. The dining room chairs could use cushions, as they were a bit hard to sit on. Pool was very clean with ample lounge & straight back chairs in good shape & ample umbrellas. Everything in the condo is creatively well labeled. Washer & dryer are relatively new. Shower heads have a hand held option with many spray options. We absolutely would rent this again.

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was perfect for our family, very roomy and fully stocked for all of our needs. The pool is only steps away and has a lifeguard on duty the whole time. There other residents were extremely friendly, as well. The beach is kind of a long walk, but manageable with our beach cart; the beach access itself is right outside the complex. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation and the property was great!

Beautiful condo at a very convenient location

Our 1 week Brigantine vacation was wonderful! The condo was just as described with a very short & off-street walk to the beach. The 1st floor access & parking was super convenient for our family. It’s also a close walk or drive to many nice restaurants. The condo was so beautifully decorated with such neat beach decor & very cleanly. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely hope to return!!!

Beach condo

Condo was exactly as advertised. Clean,quiet,and comfortable. Pool area very nice and other residents were very friendly. Would definitely rent again.The owners are so accommodating and helpful.
