The unit is nicely furnished although we didn't like the second bedroom as the bed was against the wall. If two people are in the bed, the one sleeping next to the wall has to crawl over the other to get out. There is a bunk bed above this bed if the two don't sleep together. The other improvement this unit needs is the lighting as several light bulbs were missing or too weak. Everything else was quite pleasant. The location is a very short walk to the lift. The parking garage is very convenient as is the ski locker.
Great ski in with (short) walking distance to lift. Junper Springs has been our go to location when in Mammoth on a ski/snowboard trip.Gil and Mere are great hosts and very responsive.
Great to be so close to eagle lodge for skiing / snowboarding. Heated underground garage was great and Juniper springs offers free EV charging. Would definitely stay here again.
This was our first ski/ snowboarding vacation as a family with two tween kids and everything was great! The ski in-ski out location was perfect for us, the ski locker super convenient, and we loved being a close drive away from restaurants as well. The condo was clean and worked perfectly for us - the 2nd bedroom having a bunkbed was great for the kids. We would stay again!
Thank you for your excellent accommodations! We really enjoyed our stay. We did find out they closed the Eagle loge/Express15 lift the weekend before we arrived, bummer, would have been super convenient to walk right out to the lift. Next time we will book earlier in the year to ensure we can use that lift access. Otherwise the location was great and easy to get around.
Good unit with only a few minor issues. We stayed for 4 nights. - Door to 2nd bedroom needs adjustment. It doesn't close easily.- Faucets in kitchen and master bathroom are reversed. Cold is on left, hot on right.- Not enough keys for a party of 5.- Smell in the middle of the living room... like someone threw up. Baking soda and vacuum can probably take care of it. - Not enough toilet paper, towels, or toiletries for a 4-night reservation. Thankfully my hubby is prepared so we just used our own stash.- No blanket or pillows for the sofa sleeper.Everything else was good and we're definitely going to come back.

Thanks for the comments. The door was fixed, and we had a deep clean after this stay. Over the past 20 years, you are the only person who thought the faucets were reversed. This is kind of funny. I was wondering what the cause was...
We loved the condo. It was very clean and everything was in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo is in a great location. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
Very short walk to Eagle lodge and lift. Easy to come back to the condo for lunch and head back out. Had a great time staying here with my teenage boys and friends. Hot tubs after boarding for the day were nice.
Comfortable, clean and well stocked condo. It had all the amenities anyone would want. Pool and spa was great and close to condo. Minutes away from chair lift. Can't wait to rent again. Owner was responsive amd very nice.
Needs somethings fixed dishwasher not screwed in the rangehood and needs cleaning every time we cooked the smoke detector goes off, and the pillows need to be replaced.
Great spot close to ski run, room was clean and warm

Nice and fairly priced
The unit was clean and well maintained. It was spacious. It was perfectly located next to Eagle if you are a skier. The kitchen utensils were a little scarce but that was minor. It was easy to access and the owner was very responsive. I would stay there again for sure.

Thanks for the review. It would be helpful if you provided more details of desired utensils so I can put in the unit.
Fabulous weekend in Mammoth. Condo is in perfect location and close to hiking trails and lakes. We appreciated a kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms were clean with nice fixtures. It would be wonderful if the second bedroom had a queen bed instead of two twin beds.

We have a second unit with a king bed in the guest bedroom
The proximity to the slopes of this property is amazing. We could be in a lift line within 5 minutes of leaving our room. Our adult daughter could work in the room and take one-hour breaks on the slopes, which would have been impossible almost anywhere else. We had a dishwasher issue, but Ricardo was quick and competent in fixing it. I would stay here again.
Nice 2 bed 2 bath condo with full kitchen and living room. Nice patio is completely filled with snow drifts! So much snow!!! Covered heated parking is great, as are the elevators for loading and unloading!! Short walk to chair 15. I would recommend this place. Also Gil was very attentive and quick to respond.
Whoever photographed this property should win an award. The unit is clean but could use a facelift.
Positives:
Clean enough though corona virus scare necessitated a thorough disinfecting of the unit.
Also—and a huge positive for me— we could control bedroom temperature so that we could make it cooler than 70 degrees
Owner is extremely responsive
Cannot beat the location

Actually, it is in a midst of a facelift. We replaced the carpet in November with a very high end carpet. This week the unit will receive new stainless steel appliances. The dining room and living room furniture are going to be replaced before next season depending on how covid19 affects shipments.

Very nice but hot
Unit did not cool down at night even with windows open. Need 2 more fans; for master bedroom and living room.
Nice place, great location, but needs some repairs
The overall unit is a good size and great proximity to the ski lift. The unit was clean but the master bedroom shower is broken in that the faucet is completely loose and does not allow for any hot water. The sink in the same bathroom as a broken drain, so that when you pull the drain stopper it has no effect and comes out of the faucet. The thermostat in the family room does not allow any adjustment of the temperature. I could not get the fire place to light (unless it is just decorative). Bottom line, the hosts are responsive and the place was clean, but it is in need of repair.
Clean, comfortable place.
Pro's: King bed was beyond comfortable! Nice linens. Quite clean for a rental. There were many upgrades in furnishings and in the kitchen, that are not shown on website pictures, which was a nice surprise.
Con's: we specifically chose this place due to the advertised a/c units. We know it gets hot in the summer. Unfortunately, the portable a/c units put out so much heat when turned on, that the cold air coming out doesn't work well enough.
Lighting; too dark with not enough light bulbs installed.
Management was quick to respond.
Overall, this was a great stay.
We love Mammoth and all it has to offer!
So this little condo would have been great if it had been properly prepared for renters. However, first, the heat didn’t really work very well, and when we called the property manager, he turned it up to 90 in all the rooms, so much that we were uncomfortably hot and really couldn’t sleep (so stuffy!) Second, there was no coffee the first morning, and while the property manager did come refill the morning supplies basket, When we discovered there was no pepper and texted him about it, he stopped responding to our texts. Like I said, cute property; really needs to work out some kinks in the management.

This week the unit is receiving significant upgrades including a brand new premium carpet. The heat is controlled by thermostat. I am not sure why you could not operate the thermostat. We checked the thermostat and its working fine. Also the windows turn fully open. It looks like the property manager responded to issues within his responsibilities. While we try to leave condiments in the unit it is the responsibility of the guest. While this unit is in the Juniper Springs Lodge it is not part of the hotel. It is an independent rental condo and is priced accordingly. The property manager will respond to legitimate concerns. Unfortunately some guests do not understand the difference and treat the property manager as a hotel front desk clerk.
