GREAT LOCATION w/ CUSTOM GOLF CART Linens and cleaning included. Mobile home section MH 31 . Sleeps 13. 5bd, 3 1/2 bath home plus the sunroom is an optional 6th bedroom . Easy walk to the beach, pool, water park and amenities. Large porch for people watching, tanning and dining. MH 31 is set it up as your home away from home. Our aim is to help your family have an amazing vacation.

***Custom Golf Cart included
***Extended WIFI & Cable, x box 360 game station, DVD players.
***Owners suite with a king bed, walk in shower and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc...) plus extended cable
***Flamingo room w/ queen bed & TV w/ Netflix/Roku. Room attaches to the shared full bath(with a tub) that also has access from the hall.
***Back bedroom w/ Full size Bed and TV w/Netflix/Roku
*** Hallway room one w/Twin bunk beds and a trundle (sleeps 3). Roku TV
*** Hallway room 2 w/ full bed connects to the bunk room by a shared half bath
***Queen size Futon in game room w/ smart tv (Netflix, Hulu, Roku etc...) extended cable and XBOX 360
***Family room has a large screen TV w/ extended cable and DVD player, ROKU
***Washer and dryer in unit
***fully stocked kitchen w/ serving for 13, crock pot, griddle, bake ware , coffee pot and Keurig , toaster oven, blender, microwave and outside charcoal grill
*** Fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and first aid kit

The house has central air. We also have a window unit in the living room for extra cooling. The sun comes into the front windows 1/2 the day. I suggest keeping the blinds closed in the morning & early afternoon. Extra Fans in each room.

Open concept floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and large family room all centering around a large kitchen Island. Vaulted ceilings w/ multiple ceiling fans and palm decor that bring the Bahamas to Myrtle Beach. There is an extended driveway with a car port. You can easily walk to the beach, play parks, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, cornhole, volleyball, and Family Fun Center. The Family Fun center has an arcade, miniature golf, water park w/ a toddler's section and lazy river. Speed slides for older kids or children at heart. There is also an enclosed pool for year-round swimming.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Golf Cart: Remove any trash. Use Hose to rinse off golf cart making sure to rinse off all sand, rinse tires and undercarriage.
Grill: Remove and dispose of used Charcoal (make sure it is completely cool though out), and clean great
Remove all items out of the refrigerator and wipe down. Take all trash outside to the green can. Put the green can by the road on the evening prior to the pick up day (day is located on the can)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow graduation parties or young adults
All renters are subject to the Rules of Ocean Lake

Bigger than it looks!

We had a great time with kids from 12-19 (9 ppl total). And this house is in a perfect location for everything they wanted to do. Wiles highly recommend!

Location, location, location

I (widow, senior) spent three months with a married husband and wife. Jan-March. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach, quiet street, Ocean Lakes Family Campground is great, lots of activities (free). Great bike riding, many miles of streets inside the campground. The house was furnished adequately, the living room furniture comfortable enough, the beds were comfortable. Anna (manager) was available to answer questions, remedy situations. I would rent from Anna again

House is just okay.

The inside of the house was decently clean upon arrival however the outside beside and behind the home was junkie. The bedrooms are very small besides the master and another room. Would not recommend for a lot of adults. We love ocean lakes and the house is located in a good spot. We’ve paid a lot less for a lot nicer honestly. For the amount of money we paid it wasn’t an ideal vacation house.

Our Family had a wonderful time!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the house. It was perfect for our extended family. There was plenty of room to spend time together and not feel crowded. The location was perfect for going to the beach, waterpark and playground. The host were great with communication. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!

We had a GREAT time at Ocean Lakes and LOVED our stay at MH31. Location is a close to water park & ocean (I walked to both everyday). Complimentary golf cart was wonderful and our 3 teenage girls loved to go cruising every night. Security is wonderful in the development. House had everything we needed and we were all very comfortable! We will be back!

The Homeowners are GREAT!

I want to thank the homeowner of this property for being so available during our stay. Anna was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to our needs during our Thanksgiving stay at their beach home. This property was horrible, the doorbell was hanging out with wires exposed, there were outlets tapped in with no faces. The counter at the table top was not attached to the bottom which could have been dangerous with little kids running through the house. There was mold in the bathroom, cracks in the ceiling, master was nice but all other rooms were super tiny, some you only had room to squeeze around the bed. We also had to wait for their maintenance man to come and fix a window on our vacation, it’s not our responsibility to be there for the owners problems. The owners was not helpful or accommodating, they were told of the situation and would not refund any money. We highly recommend finding another place to stay at ocean lakes. We always stay at ocean lakes and love it but this trip was stressful and not a good time.

Not worth the price

We loved the location of this house and everything there is to do in Ocean Lakes, however, the house itself had many issues in it. There was significant mold and dust throughout the property which posed a major issue for some family members. Two family members went home several days early due to these allergens within this house. There were outlets that didn’t have the plates covering them, therefore having exposed wires. This could have posed a major danger to my toddler. The sunroom smells significantly of cat urine and was unusable during our stay due to the odor. The golf cart was left trashed with cigarette butts, opened candy, and sand all over it. It was also given to us completely uncharged. The coffee pot was full of old coffee upon arrival. The washer smells of mildew and the provided towels smelled so bad that my toddler was gagging while drying off with one. Because of the issues in the house, we spent a large amount of time cleaning, attempting to remedy issues so that we could enjoy our vacation. I wouldn’t spend the $3800 that we spent for the week to stay here again. I know to book sooner next time so that we can get a nicer place at this same rate.
