Completely remodeled front unit cottage located in the popular destination village of Corona del Mar. This light and bright home features custom hardwood flooring, Ceasarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer furnishings. A large folding door opens out to a relaxing front patio creating an inviting indoor/outdoor environment. The open plan living area features a wood burning fireplace. As you walk back to the back bedrooms, you will enjoy a second side, private enclosed patio. A perfect place to barbecue or simply relax and read a book. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, television, and an ensuite bath with large shower and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. Located just off this bedroom is the 2nd bathroom featuring custom vanity and white subway tiles in the shower. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay near the beach. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Cottage has A/C!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put ALL dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Strip all used beds. Ok to put bedding in a pile on the floor next to the bed.
Place all used towels on the floor in the respective showers.
Take trash out to trash cans in the alley.
Close and lock all doors. Front door close and press Yale button.
Text or message Joe or Brooke when you have left.
