The Village and Athletic Center are quick walks along well-appointed paths. During the summer months, families can enjoy golf, mountain top yoga, biking and hiking right on the mountain and paddle board, fishing and kayaking on nearby lakes.

Whether it’s skiing in the winter time, hiking or playing golf in the summer time, or enjoying the great restaurants anytime, Ober Tal makes everything easily accessible.

The fully-equipped Cooker’s kitchen with new, high-end appliances makes for easy meal preparation. Over-sized windows allow ample light to fill the living and dining space. Wood burning fire place w unlim free wood, will provide some added warmth while enjoying shared family time with a large Smart Flat Screen TV with mobile device mirroring and cable, a nice selection of board games and free high-speed Wi-Fi for all your devices. Our top floor, private patio offers wonderful views of Bromley Mountain and the local village below.

The unit sleeps 6 in three comfortable bedrooms. A first floor Master has a luxurious queen size bed and adjoining full bathroom. Two bedrooms sit upstairs and share the second full bathroom, the first with two Full beds and second with two Single beds.

With children of our own, we know that Stratton is a perfect family destination and we want your family to feel at home in our Condo. That’s why we stock it with the things you need to keep your family happy. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. A mudroom keeps equipment and ski clothing tidy and organized by the front door. We understand that your vacation time is valuable, and we strive to provide the quality accommodations and service that you deserve. At your service are recommendations for restaurants, ski and snowboard rentals and instructors, activities and local attractions.

Access is available to The Stratton Sports Center with a nominal guest fee. The Center is complete fitness facility with exercise equipment, indoor pool, sauna, and tennis courts. The heated pool is great for kids of all ages after a long day skiing.
