All linens (duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels/bath matts, livingroom/bedroom throws) are laundered after each guest checks out. Hard surfaces such as counters, doorknobs, appliances, bathroom porcelain/showers and so forth are cleaned and disinfected. At this time, we’re switching to individual shower amenities for our guests use.

A matching granite/quartz custom constructed table/counter for kneading bread and rolling out pies is set on locking casters. The table can be rolled in front of French doors should you wish to dine with a different view. It welcomes chefs of all levels.

Bedrooms have a queen bed appointed with silken, microfiber Comphy Linens, from a small Washington State business, expansive windows and televisions. Both master and main bath have roomy tiled showers, adjustable height shower heads, stone counters, and heated tiled floors.

Adorable town and adorable home!
This was our first time visiting Leavenworth and this was such a great place to stay! Very cozy, modern feeling, and especially very clean. Like others have said, the house isn't great for lounging as the living room furniture consists of a small couch and two individual large chairs, but if you just need a place to sleep, this is more than perfect! Looking at and hearing the river right on the property was amazing. I was hoping for a little more solitude and privacy just based on the location, but still the home is very warm and inviting which made for a good trip! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway Cabin
This cabin exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The property manager was very responsive regarding our arrival and information about the property. The cabin itself was perfect, very clean, had anything we would need for cooking. The cabin was cozy and welcoming and beautifully decorated. There are board games, movies and we loved the little box of conversations started. We would love to come back again, thank you!

A Perfect Leavenworth Getaway
Our recent stay was great. The property strikes a perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility, offering a short walk or drive into town. The home merges modern comfort with rustic charm. The host reached out a number of times prior to our stay, and offered great recommendations. They were also available during our entire stay. This property is the ideal getaway for anyone seeking to enjoy the serenity of nature while remaining close to the town's amenities.

Lovely on the river
Perfect location for a short trip into town. Very walkable. The house is settled nicely by the river. The home had anything we could possibly need, very cozy and comfortable. We will absolutely be back with my parents once dad heals up. Thank you for a magical Christmas retreat!

Nice couples Trip
Property was beautiful and clean. Host also helped us with a reservation mix up. Kitchen was stocked with cooking tools etc to let us cook some nice dinners after a quick stop at the nearby safeway.

Having grown up in Leavenworth and its surrounding mountains, we're closing in on completely retiring. Spring 2018 we completed our dream home on the Wenatchee River, a beautiful bike ride or saunter into town for coffee or dinner. We diverged from life's clutter, saving only the items that we most enjoyed and those that supported our hobbies and passions (cooking, time with our daughter's family, hiking, skiing, reading, the arts, travel and ...).

While we further explore the mountains and travel we've decided to make our beautiful and personal home available for others to enjoy with care.

Why they chose this property

This home and the land it is built on has been a special spot to many-- from the early Native Americans who fished the summer and fall run and prepared for winter, to those escaping for a respite from their busy lives. Nestled in the pristine, tranquility of nature it can be your private get away.

The forested and rocky ridge of Icicle juts up from the front entry and the back deck hangs above the river. Wildlife wander through as they go about their daily life, as they have for generations.

Icicle Music Foundation, minutes from the house offers performing venues found in larger cities, yet the trail heads leading into the craggy mountains of the Stuart Range but a 20 plus minute drive away.

Our home is nestled in the best of nature, yet offers endless opportunities for exploring, adventure and cultural and performing arts within minutes.
