About this property

Beach Cottage with Private Beach Access

Welcome to Seaside Cottage. Seaside is located 50 yards (less than a one-minute walk) from the Atlantic Ocean in the quaint town of Juno Beach. Access to the beach is via a private walkway. The cottage has an historical designation built in the 1940's and updated with new amenities.

The main house has two bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom. The carriage house features a king size bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. In addition, the cottage has a private outdoor shower in a tropical setting with hot and cold water. Convenient for when returning from the beach. Our covered/partially enclosed patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea breezes. You can rent both the Main Cottage and Carriage House or just the Main Cottage only. Quote provided is for both Main House and Carriage House. Please request Main Cottage only pricing. If only Main House is rented, we do not rent out the Carriage House to another guest. Seaside is a Non-Smoking accommodation.

We are dog friendly, please inquire if you would like to bring your four-legged family member(s) with you. The dog-friendly Jupiter Beach is only 5 minutes away where your dog(s) can enjoy a swim in the ocean or meeting new friends.

There are more than 7 different types of restaurants within walking distance and grocery shopping less than 1 mile away. You can park your car and access everything you need by foot.

Palm Beach County is home to 140 or so golf courses, among them a few of the oldest courses in Florida.

Activities on the Water: You can easily access any type of water activity during your stay. The Atlantic Ocean is directly across the street for swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. One mile north of the cottage is the Juno Beach Pier, which is ideal for fishing. Close by are Jet Ski, Power Boat and Sailboat rentals. Take a trip up the Intracoastal Waterway on the Manatee Queen pontoon boat. Book a scuba diving or snorkeling trip to one of the area dive sites.

Shopping: The Gardens Mall is just a short distance from our cottage (approx 4 miles) and offers some of the most exclusive names in luxury shopping. The famous Worth Avenue in Palm Beach is a 20-minute drive to the south and for those bargain hunters, the large outlet mall - Sawgrass Mills is approximately a one-hour drive away.

This cottage is THE BEST. The perfect place for our family with toddler/baby. The cottage is on a very quiet private road just across the street from the beach. It has everything you could need, all of the kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, spices in the cupboard etc. They have boardgames and toys for the kids. The best part for us was the back yard. It is such a beautiful shady oasis! Our son would be begging to go outside to play the moment he got up. There is a grill, seating and tables, a beautiful garden, and a little closet with tons of toys, laundry machine etc. You don’t need to bring a single thing for the beach except sunscreen. They have chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and drawers of beach toys/buckets/shovels. The owners also helped us a lot when we had to push our flight back a few days. If this place is available, you should book it!!

This was the best VRBO we ever stayed in. The photos do not do justice to the Beach Cottage. It was more spacious than I expected. We literally just had to cross the street to get to the beach. Also, we got to bring our dog. 10 out of 10. Perfect stay

Very clean and loved the private courtyard and separate guest house. Our host was very gracious. No real grass for the dogs, but we managed. The private beach access is tricky for a disabled person to negotiate, but we used a nearby access that worked out great. Overall, we would love to stay there again if we come back.

I've been fortunate to work and live around the country in countless rentals — the Seaside Cottage in Juno Beach is the most amazing time I've had in a rental property. Everything you could possibly ask for has been provided for already. The owners are incredible, quick to respond, very organized. The property is quiet, safe, clean, spacious, stunning plants, all right on the beach. Having coffee with the tiny lizards in the garden is simply a must. I can't wait to come back.

A plant lover's oasis! A perfect place near the beach for you and your fur baby. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We really appreciated the air purifiers in the bedrooms.

Great family beach vacation

Very comfortable, clean an well maintained. Well located with short walk to a quiet private beach area. Plenty of great restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a great time and would definitely book again for future beach vacations

Winter getaway

The cottage was perfect, just as advertised. With the beach right across the street and multiple playgrounds a short distance away for my grandson the location was great!! The owners were right next door and available if we needed anything, but were careful not to be intrusive. I would stay here again in an instant!

We loved this house and location! We had everything we needed. House is located right across the street from the beach and a 3 minute walk to multiple restaurants. The backyard area was perfect to enjoy multiple meals and for my kiddo to run around. We cant wait for our next stay!

Breathtaking Cottage/Carriage House

This was a spotless cottage/carriage house ideally located extremely close to the beach and ocean. It was exactly what we were looking for. We would go there again for a vacation in a heart beat.
