Unit B305 is an end unit on the 3rd floor offering the utmost in privacy. Completely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation, even the beach umbrella is provided. Located directly on the beach in front of the surf breaks of Costa Azul and one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. Discover the beauty of the Los Cabos area with Las Olas as your home base. Take a walk on the beach, surf, swim with dolphins, watch for whales, go fishing, enjoy fabulous views, there is something for everyone to enjoy in our paradise. Listening to the sound of the ocean, taking in the fabulous sunrises over the horizon, interact with friendly people, this place is special and truly promotes relaxation and fun. lovely condo on the beach

Condo was great. Right on the beach. on the 3rd floor, there was ALWAYS a breeze. we enjoyed the Terrace every day. The condo is well equipped. Security helped us find the elevator (on arrival). Security notified us when we left our car lights on, which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at this property during Christmas week! The condo was outfitted with everything you could need for a great vacation with family or friends. It's location steps from the beach can't be beat for sunrises and surfing! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful view , right on beach

Third floor condo with fantastic view. Very well stocked kitchen , huge balcony , good WiFi, cold AC.The building is located very close to road but don’t hear a thing inside the condo.Place is steps from the beach, has 2 good restaurants next door .Pool and hot tub for building

We love Las Olas!

We had the most wonderful family vacation to Las Olas! The condo is beautiful & equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The condo was very clean, the beds comfy, plenty of towels & beach amenities, like chairs, umbrella & a cooler. We did not want to leave & will Most definitely be back! Thank you Cesar!

Great space to gather with lots of room in the kitchen. Bedrooms were well appointed. No complaints here. Others may have said road noise but that’s during the day and between the sound of the waves crashing, it’s hard to hear the road. At night the road is quiet but windows are all very thick so you don’t hear anything.

Awesome Beachfront Condo

This condo is conveniently located near Pamilla, but close to San Jose del Cabo for shopping needs. The pool, easy access to a pristine beach for surfing, fitness room, and nearby golfing, made for a very restful vacation. The condo is luxurious and very well appointed (and...the master bedroom king-bed is incredibly comfortable!) I love to cook, and the beautiful kitchen with its many amenities, was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be coming back to this condo!

Fantastic stay with all the amenities!

Condo was so well stocked, as others have mentioned. Proximity to the beach was just heavenly. I can’t think of anything that would have made our trip any better. Go in to town if eating in restaurants, the touristy places in walking distance aren’t the best. But there is a surfing school RIGHT next door and they were great. Watching the surfers every morning with my coffee was a perfect way to start the day. And one morning we also got to watch a whale!

Fantastic Condo on gorgeous beach.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The living room and dining room furniture is pretty uncomfortable, but for the most part pretty nice. The location is close to the highway, so getting in and out was a bit of a challenge due to speeding traffic. Overall, I feel like it is a great spot and would definitely come back. The property manager Mauricio was responsive and helpful. Very nice!

Great Cabo Condo for Family Beach Vacation

We stayed in the Las Olas condo with our three teenage kids. It is a great option if you want to enjoy the beach and avoid the crowds. Short drive to stock the condo at La Comer in San Jose. Easy drive to Cabo San Lucas when you want to take advantage of what it has to offer. In the meantime, just relax on your large porch overlooking the beach. The condo is stocked with about everything you might need. Best stocked rental property I have ever rented. Property management was easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Great time in Cabo

Great place. Beach is nice but has a lot of rocks/coral in the water where you surf. Condo was great. Very clean and well appointed. Property manager was very accommodating with a late checkout and filled up our propane for the grill when we told him it was out. Only issue was access from the highway into the complex. It’s a little sketchy with a tight turn right off the high speed road. You get used to it though. Surf locker was great. Overall, we had a great time in a great condo.

Everything you need

The property had everything we needed to make our trip amazing. Watching the surf break from the deck or even the window in the bedroom was incredible. The Condo had a cooler and even snorkel gear. Amazing! We will be staying there again in the future!

Graduation getaway

This property was amazing, definately will book again. A couple mishaps, but Maurico resolved issues in a timely manner. Great view, great security, beach was amazing, can't say enough. Best trip I've had in Mexico.

Great condo in great location!

This property’s pool, beach and location(especially if you surf or want to learn to) are absolutely perfect. The large balcony overlooks all 3 said amenities/activity and makes for great views and general action watching. The condo’s furniture, appliances and overall decor and appearance are excellent as well. All and all, prob the best VRBO property I’ve ever rented.

Fantastic

Rare beachfront condo near San Jose del Cabo. It was in great shape-- very clean and well-kept, kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs, toys, pool floaties, you name it. Great pool, and literally right on the beach. Just a few minutes into San Jose, and also just km or two up to Palmilla and those shops and restaurants. The only negative is it's right off the trans-peninsular, which means you get road noise when walking around the property. But, we didn't get any road noise inside the condo and you can't really hear it from the pool or the beach. Truly loved our time here, we stayed 5 days and could've stayed many more. Will definitely be back.
