Host was very responsive to our questions. The condo had a wonderful view and was very large, which allowed our 6 person crew to spread out and not feel like we were stepping on each other. The balcony was large and we mostly took meals outside, as the views and weather were great.

This condo was a perfect fit for our trip with two master suites and very well furnished including very comfortable beds, great bathrooms and deck furniture. Location was also great with very good grocery store within a couple of blocks and dining within walking distance. Other amenities in the complex are fantastic with a full gym and extremely well maintained pools and grounds. Gavin was also very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

The property was amazing. The staff was great and the location was ideal. Within walking distance to grocery store and just a quick Uber to the Art Walk and other great shopping and dining. The only reason for not a 5 rating was the construction is really bad right now. Noise and dust everywhere and pretty constant. Minus the construction this had everything our family needed and we hope to return in the future.

The place is spectacular. Three very comfortable rooms, with three bathrooms. Beautiful balcony, outdoor furniture, looking out at the pool and the ocean. Gorgeous sunrise views. The property is beautiful as well. The place is also very nicely supplied. Down to things that most don’t consider, like Tupperware, plastic bags, beach towels, pickleball rackets. The location is great as well, halfway point between going to the mountains to a waterfall and hot Springs and on the other side, Cabo San Lucas.The owner is very responsive. Would definitely rent again.

This three bedroom condo unit is beautifully furnished, well equipped and very clean. The kitchen has all you need to make dinners in including a fully functional oven/stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. There are beach towels, shopping totes, blowdryers, and shampoo/toiletry items. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.The resort is located on the beach. All three pools, with hot tubs, are well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs. Each pool area has communal bbqs that are clean and work well and also has large filtered ice machines, so you do not need to purchase ice from the store. The beach is not a 100% swimmable beach; some days it’s too dangerous to swim but we lucked out and had two days where we were able to swim. This condo complex is located about 2.5 miles from the center of San Jose. We did not walk into town while we were there but an Uber ride is 5 US. There are no on-site restaurants or convenient stores but La Comer (a beautiful large grocery store) is a short/easy five minute walk and there are numerous small cafes and restaurants nearby, all reasonably priced. Gavin, the host, has been wonderful to work with. He’s very responsive, hospitable and is a man of his word.
