This property offers everything you are looking for--- full size kitchen with all utensils, pots and pans, living room area with Smart TV, and dining room area. The patio area is located off the living room area, that offers a BBQ, patio table with seating, and even a hammock for those that want to lay out and relax while hearing the ocean waves!

The condo offers 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone! The first bedroom provides a King size bed with closet, the 2nd guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with Queen bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, and then the master bedroom sits closer to the living room area with views of the ocean and provides an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. There is an additional full size bathroom located in the hallway for guests to share.

You also will have access to a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway, along with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for when you go out to the beach! There is a surf locker as well provided for those that bring their surf boards or decide to rent one during their stay!

The condo amenities cater to your comfort and enjoyment, including free WIFI, a large heated swimming pool, three jacuzzis, a gym, a rooftop tennis court, pickleball, and 24 hour security onsite with a free parking spot.

We took videos in each room. The view from the bedrooms is a 50 foot wall of the highway all evening long. You have the headlights of cars coming into your bedroom windowThe air conditioning compressor and air handler sound like a plane is taking off 24 hours a day. The mold and rust was unbelievable. We spent several hours bleaching out the bathrooms. Most of the bedroom furniture had pieces broken off and kept inside drawers.

Beachfront fabulous

The views were truly the best! The property was very clean and the management and security were very friendly and helpful. Juan Carlos met us when we arrived and was great explaining the property and necessities as well as when we checked out. It is a great family rental we all felt comfortably accommodated with 6 adults. We really liked being right on the beach and having the chairs, towels and umbrella provided from the unit made it easy to enjoy. The surf school was close walking distance and the staff was very good. We had a great time here!
