Large, Mid-Century Modern house very close to Downtown Nashville!

Endless features including a Wet Bar, Pool Table, Foosball Table, Hot Tub, Sauna (with a kickboxing bag and light gym equipment), Outdoor Patio and Grilling Area with Picnic Tables, Projector TV screens (and flat screens in every room), Multiple Fireplaces, and on sight parking!

This property is perfect for any bachelor/bachelorette trip or group/family get together! There are 2 bedrooms with a Queen Bed, one bedroom with a Bunk Bed, A Master bedroom that has a King Bed as well as a Day Bed in a nook. The basement (hot tub/game room) has a couch, another couch that folds out into a bed, and you will also have access to our two air mattresses.

We had a group of 10 guys 30+ for a bachelor. This place had all the amenities for a great time. Danielle was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Easy Uber rides to anywhere. Would recommend to anyone.

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay

Danielle is a fantastic host. She was available for anything we needed and kept and had great communication. This was the perfect house for our bachelor party. It is a fairly short 15 min Uber ride from downtown. It is a very nice and very large place, which was renovated nicely and full of amenities. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and highly recommend it for any large group.

Bachelor Party Weekend

This house was awesome and met all of our needs for the weekend. Plenty of room for all 12 of us and a short Uber ride away from Broadway. A lot of outdoor space for us when just hanging at the house and plenty of activities inside if that's your thing (pool table, hot tub, sauna, foosball table, etc...). We would definitely look at staying here again if we ever visit with a large group again.
