Joshua Tree Retreat with Sweeping Views & Hot Tub
The best of both worlds. Peaceful secluded hilltop retreat on private 2.5 acres offers tranquility, peace of mind and majestic views, yet 10 minutes from park entrance, Joshua Tree Retreat Center (2.5 miles) and all amenities. Our home is located in a special spot. Nestled on the top of a hill with surrounding mountains it stays cool (even in the summer!) and is shielded from high winds.
We are located at the top of a hill on the border of Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. Our property is filled with cholla trees, creosote, yucca trees and other local flora and fauna, including roadrunners, rabbits and quail.
Our home offers sweeping views of Joshua Tree from large windows, an outside area with a fire-pit and hot tub, and modern kitchen fully stocked with quality cookware to prepare gourmet meals for friends and family and watch the sun set over the valley.
A hotel-like experience for you and your guests. The house is professionally cleaned before your stay and plenty of fresh towels and linens are provided for all the guests.

Why they chose this property
We bought this property because we fell in love with the peace and quiet of the land the home sits on. Our home is located at the top of the hill with no neighbors above or to the side of the house (only a few homes scattered below in a fairly rural area). At the same time, the property is only 10 minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and everything we need to be comfortable. It truly is the best of both worlds.
