Ideally located in a quiet countryside area under the pines, pleasant villa that can accommodate 10 people with a very sunny terrace, a large secure 9.50 x 3.80 swimming pool and a pleasant garden of 4458m². Bike path from the villa. Everything is there for a great holiday!

Description: Living / dining room, open fitted and equipped kitchen, bedroom 1 with 1 180 cm bed and cupboard, bedroom 2 with 1 90 cm bed in mezzanine, 1 140 bed and wardrobe, bedroom 3 with 1 90 cm bed in mezzanine , 1 double bed and chest of drawers, bathroom (double sink, bidet and bath) and separate toilet. Upstairs: Mezzanine with office area open to the living room, bedroom 4 with 1 double bed and closet and adjoining shower room with w-c. Beautiful and large wooden sun terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols. Swimming pool secured by a motorized shelter.

Equipment: Fridge / freezer, 4 plates (3 with gas + 1 electric), oven,
microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, charcoal BBQ, deckchairs and garden furniture.

NOTE: No television for a restful and relaxing holiday!
End of stay cleaning included.

Nice location, awesome property and landscape. Close to the beach and city centre by car. All in all good. Only recommendation would be to refurbish both bathrooms.

Location correspondante à la description.Belle espace entre la maison, piscine et jardin (idéal pour un séjour en famille).À 15 minutes en voiture de la plage la plus proche ou 10 minutes du lac nord de Léon (activité nautique).Piste cyclable à la sortie de la propriété.pour les courses du quotidien prendre la direction de Léon vous trouverez tous les commerces.Bar et restaurants idéal à Moliets-et-Maa ambiance garantie 25-30 minutes en voiture.Nous avons quand même un désagrément à signaler malgré l’environnement génial.L’entreprise d’entretien des espaces verts et de la piscine rentre dans la propriété sans rendez-vous et sans prévenir.Surprise totale alors que nous profitions de la piscine et du jardin. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu pour caler un rendez-vous.Obligé de leur demander de revenir à un moment où nous ne serions pas là.Malgré cela nous recommandons cette location pour un dépaysement total.

Magnifique séjour en famille!

Tout comme nos enfants et petits enfants nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette belle propriéte des Landes parfaitement équipée pour notre groupe (6 adultes,4 enfants) et idéalement placée pour profiter de la forêt et de la mer

Maison agréable ! Très bel extérieur avec un très grand terrain qui permet de bien s'amuser entre amis ou en famille ! Agréable aussi pour les chiens qui peuvent se dépenser très facilement ! Piscine très sympa et propre, nettoyer a notre arrivée et à notre départ. Attention au manque de lumière dans la piscine la nuit.. un vacancier aurai chiper la télécommande de la lumière de la piscine.. terrasse spacieuse et refaite à neuf. Maison conforme a l'annonce, au milieu des forêt de pin a quelques minutes en voiture de la plage (7/8 min), de l'étang de Léon (5min) et a proximité des pistes cyclables (plage à 45 min en vélo). Attention aux attaques de frelons a la tombé de la nuit.. attiré par la lumière de la terrasse nous n'avons pas pu être sur la terrasse le soir.. presque seul regret du voyage.. (nid pas loin ou simplement la vie de la nature au milieux des pin ? Pas de réponse). Manque peut être un peu de modernisme dans la maison mais nous étions dans la région pour profitez du soleil et de ses extérieur ! Je recommande cette maison pour passer des vacances entre amis ou en famille au calme ! Attention aux manque d'animation hors période scolaire.

Entre mer et forêt.

Belle maison d'architecte, qui est à des lieues des cubes qui poussent un peu partout. Magnifique terrasse/plage en bois, parc arboré, secteur très calme, et maison bien équipée.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de la maison. Très beau jardin près des pins. Tranquillité . Propriétaire disponible au moindre pb. Situation proche plage et lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la région et les locaux sont adorables! On y retourne les yeux fermés ! Merci

Les petits comme les grands ont apprécié leurs vacances à Vielle dans cette villa bien agencée et bien équipée pour 8 personnes. Sans négliger la présence d'un grand parc ni l'agrément de bénéficier de l'entretien régulier de la pelouse et le nettoyage de la piscine. Nous ajouterons même une étoile à l'appréciation le jour où un petit congélateur-coffre viendra compléter le frigo.
