You are in one of the nicest areas and above all the best served in the city between St Barnabé and the 12ème forage. This beautiful T3 of 75m2 is located in a quiet and secure residence with 1 private parking space. It is modern, bright, fully equipped: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, oven + microwave, dishwasher, washing machine + air conditioning.
The living room is equipped with 2 very comfortable leather sofas with TV + Wifi.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 160 and 140 beds. The little plus of this apartment is undoubtedly its 50m2 terrace facing south, not overlooked, ideal for lunch or rest there (Deckchairs available)
All the shops are in the immediate vicinity as well as all transport Buses, trams, Metro connecting the city center, the old port, the Sites to visit as well as the beaches in a few minutes. (The car is not essential for driving around the city). It is also located a stone's throw from the Valentine shopping center where there are many shops with renowned brands as well as many restaurants and cinemas. Also close to the Timone hospital for those who need treatment and 15 minutes from the Camoins thermal baths (for spa guests)
By the new expressway and the recent tunnels you will reach the prado and red tip beaches in less than 10 minutes

Great location, you ate not disturb by noise, and easy transportation system, downtow in 10 minutes.

We should have stayed one more week, I would rent this appartement again, no problem.

Séjour en famille

L'appartement est calme et confortable, et la climatisation très appréciable. Un petit supermarché se trouve à 150 mètres et les transports en commun (tram et bus) sont également tout proches. La terrasse est vraiment agréable. Nous sommes venus en famille et nos vacances se sont très bien passées, il y a beaucoup de choses à voir à Marseille.

Excellente séjour à Marseille

Nous avons été totalement séduit par cet appartement, propre, très bien agencé , décoré avec beaucoup de goût et avec une magnifique terrasse ( pensez à vous munir de produit antimoustique). Sa situation est idéale pour profiter de la ville tout en étant au calme dans une résidence sécurisée. La communication avec les propriétaires a été extrêmement agréable et très facile. Ideal um Marseille zu erkunden

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an perfekt. Alles wurde sehr professionell geregelt. Besonderen Dank an dieser Stelle an Elisa die uns empfangen hat und alles notwendige erklärte. Sehr gefallen hat uns die tolle halbüberdachte riesige Terrasse. Hier kann man wirklich mal einen ganzen Tag faulenzen. Auch sehr gut war der sichere Parkplatz in der Anlage. Sogar mit großem Auto gut zu parken ( ist in Marseille Gold wert ) Entfernung zu Tram und relativ großem Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten. In ca 15 Minuten ist man am alten Hafen. Kurzum: uns hat es gut gefallen. Marseille ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und diese Wohnung bietet einen tollen Ausgangspunkt.

Peaceful, spacious, and comfortable

Mireille's home is in a quiet apartment building with considerate neighbours. The cozy living room and the very wide South-facing outdoor space will make you feel at peace. Light a few candles to get a Zen atmosphere in the evenings or sunbath in all privacy on the long chairs. It is a 10 minute drive from the Parc des Bruyeres. Do not miss this excursion. It has walking an hiking path for all levels.

Great location and property

A fantastic ground floor property with a great outdoor space for sunbathing, eating, reading and relaxing. There is a good sized supermarket within a few minutes walking and the Tram stop is just beyond that giving easy access to Marseille’s beaches and city facilities. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood that seems relaxed and friendly. It is very well laid out and well equipped. We visited in March so did not need the air conditioning. My wife doesn’t enjoy the inner city lifestyle but we do enjoy eating out in town and need access to late night transport. This property ticks both of those boxes and I would be very keen to stay here again in the future.

Location très calme et proche des commerçants même pour des touristes qui n’auraient pas de véhicule

Propriétaire très réactive lorsque nous avons eu dès le soir de l’arrivée, des problèmes avec la télé et internet dont la connexion ne se faisait pas. Cela a été solutionné le lendemain. La propriétaire est agréable et disponible.

L accueil etait parfait. Bel appartement fonctionnel climatisé et très bien placé dans residence calme et propre avec sa terrasse mi ombre mi soleil magnifiquement meublée et confortable. Vraiment un bon point de chute. Proche des commerces. Bien desservie avec la liaison bus et metro pour visiter Marseille. Juste prévoir obligatoirement une voiture car la plage à proximité n'est pas la meilleure. Les plages de Laciotat et les calanques à Cassis sont magnifiques. A conseiller. Une voiture est nécessaire bien sûr si vous voulez profiter au mieux des alentours. Très beau séjour, logement fortement recommandé !! Bon rapport qualité prix. Salima

Very well connected for public transport but with the benefit of being in the suburbs.

Everything went very smoothly. It’s in a super location, a short walk to the tram and a bus every 10-15 minutesto take you to the metro terminus, 5 minutes away. The supermarket is a 3 minute walk away and there are a few shops within a 3 minute walk in the opposite direction, Baker, grocer, deli, pharmacy and restaurant. The outdoor space made the holiday, every breakfast and evening meal was eaten outside though there were some mosquitoes for company after dusk.

Nous avons passé de bons moments dans cet appartement spacieux et tout confort. La terrasse ombragée est un plus vu la chaleur, clim très efficace. Le tram est à 2 minutes et permet de se rendre au Vieux Port rapidement. Beaucoup d'endroits à visiter sur place et aux alentours. Bref, nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter. Très bien

Appartement correspondant à la description sur le site, propre et bien équipé. Il est proche des transports en commun donc nul besoin de voiture pour visiter Marseille. Le parking privé est un réel atout. Appartement ayant tout le confort et le nécessaire comme à la maison. Très bon accueil. Location recommandée. Merci aux propriétaires.

Appartement conforme à la description, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les plus : une terrasse à l'abri des regards et une place de parking privé car il n'est pas facile de se garer dans Marseille si l'on tient à sa voiture. On s'est cru comme chez nous. Merci à Mr et Mme TOURNEL.

Comme à la maison!

Mme Tournel a été super! Je me suis sentie vraiment chez moi. L'appartement est grand, il y a tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence est sécurisée, la terrasse est super agréable (il faisait encore un peu frais pour dîner dehors!). Confiance réciproque est le maître mot.
