PROMO: Comfortable house near Sarlat with heated swimming pool in a golf course

Promotion over the last period available during school holidays (from July 24 at 4 p.m. to Saturday August 3 at 10 a.m.) € 105 per day.

House located in the Souillac golf course comprising living room / lounge, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Living room and dining area.

Heated swimming pool from May to October.

Housing classified 4 *, with for equipment:
kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, extractor hood, hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, iron, plancha.
Living room with television, DVD player, internet connection.
Outdoor terrace with table and deckchairs

Chalets distributed in different hamlets and located directly on the 18-hole golf course. The golf course is outside the resort of Souillac, 7 km away, in the countryside.
For shared use: land 60 ha, park with lawn and trees, 9 heated swimming pools (01. 05-30.30 09.), children's pool, tennis (extra), children's play area (slide, swing, trampolines, castle, ...). In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, internet access, table football, table tennis.
The Souillac golf course is an NGF partner. You can benefit from preferential green fees with the NGF gold card or the Le Club card.

Its location is exceptional since it is less than 30 km from all the tourist centers of Périgord Noir and Quercy (Sarlat, Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Lascaux IV, Les Eyzies, Domme, Rocamadour, Padirac, Lacave, Turenne, Collonges the red, etc.).
Sheets and towels provided.
Cleaning (60 €) in addition depending on the inventory.

The rental price depends on the period (April to October) Deposit 30%. Security deposit of € 300 to be paid on arrival.

Good price for property, but it needs updating, outside furniture and sunbeds very dirty, aircon very noisy and needs to be for the whole house.

Super séjour et accueil dans le chalet de Francis. Le golf est assez isolé en pleine nature et bois ce qui permet de réduire quand même la chaleur. Le chalet est très bien équipé et ce fut une semaine très agréable à profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine.

Une jolie semaine en famille au calme malgré la haute saison ce qui est très agréable ! Le domaine offre de nombreuses activités et la piscine est très appréciée. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses locataires et très réactif en cas de petit souci. Golfeur ou non vous y trouverez votre bonheur !! Nous reviendrons.

Excellent séjour entre lot et dordogne

Chalet très confortable et environnement très agréable. Idéal pour les golfeurs mais aussi proche de SARLAT LA CANEDA, et des sites ROCAMADOUR, PADIRAC, Les EYZIES. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus pour les familles.

La maison est au calme et très agréable. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants de 8 et 10 ans et tout était parfait. La piscine étant chauffée, nous avons pu nous y baigner tous les jours sans problème. L'accueil par le propriétaire était très chaleureux. Nous recommandons !

Les prestations sont de qualité : piscine à proximité, restaurant de qualité, golf intéressant. Seul bémol : accès internet et Wi fi inexistants. Propriétaire très affable. Le chalet est très fonctionnel.

Excellent prestation. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter le Lot ou la Dordogne. La piscine pratiquement "privative" car partagée par une poignée de chalets a bien été appréciée des enfants (chaque "hameau" du golf possède sa propre piscine). Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Tres bien

Nous avons été ravis par le chalet qui offre une situation très pratique pour visiter aussi bien la Dordogne que le Lot. Le fait de pouvoir accéder au golf qui entoure les chalets est un gros plus pour les amateurs de ce sport. Le propriétaire est en plus charmant et très disponible. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu qui a un excellent rapport qualité prix
