Just a 10-minute drive to Primehook Preserve and the secluded Broadkill Beach. Quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to the hustle and bustle of Lewes and Rehoboth.

This home is also ideal for tournament travelers as we are located just 15 minutes away from Sports at the Beach and 20 minutes away from the Delaware Turf Sports Complex. Ideal location and avoids the heavy beach traffic area.

This 4-bedroom (Q, Q, Full, Twin), 2-bath home boasts a screen porch, ample parking, and convenient location.

Fall at the beach is an amazing time; fall options of interest include golfing at the Rookery (just 7-minute drive from house) and biking on the newly expanded Georgetown - Lewes Bike Trail. A stop at Old World Bakery on the trail is a must!

You can take a pleasant walk or a 5-10 minute drive to Dogfish Head brewery and tasting room, King's homemade ice cream and other downtown shops in the quiet town of Milton. Or spend a day at one of 3 nearby beaches; Broadkill, Rehoboth, Lewes. Shopping at the outlets is also accessible. While you can walk to excellent restaurants and the grocery store, you can also dine in; fully equipped kitchen and gas grill on property.

Our stay was brief, but wonderful. The property was very clean and well organized and was perfect for our family’s long weekend getaway. Great Property

Nice clean and well maintained rental in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family going to the beach or a sports tournament. Great location, 15 minutes from Sports at the Beach and 20-30 from Rehoboth and Lewes Beaches. Highly recommended.

To the DE Turf and Back!

My family stayed here while attending a lacrosse tournament at the DE Turf. Easy drive 20 min back and forth, great location with a grocery store super nearby for those tourney needs, and a nicely furnished place to stay. And great water pressure for washing off a long tourney day! The house has everything we needed - laundry, shower goods, clean linens, and a nice living room to relax in. Great stay and will look for this listing the next time we have a tourney in the area.

I brought my two sons, my mom and my niece. The house was perfect. It was so clean and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. The screened in porch was so nice at night. We could sit outside and not be eaten alive by bugs. The outdoor shower was so convenient for rinsing off the kids after being at the beach, and the yard was beautiful. If the kids didn't want to go to the beach I would've been perfectly happy staying at the house my whole trip!

Very clean home in great tournament location!

We brought 4 teenage girls to play lacrosse over 3 days and it was a perfect layout! The girls shared two rooms with queen beds and the other Mom and I had our own smaller beds in private rooms! Very close to several beaches, but off the main roads and quiet. There is a big book in the house giving all the tourist info and even menus for the local restaurants. We loved the fact a nice grocery store, and a Family Dollar (or maybe it’s Dollar General) were a mile away! Also VERY clean and well stocked with anything we needed…would highly recommend and will be reaching out next time the girls returne to DE!!

Nice comfy place

Stayed with friends for a wedding. Very nice home. Clean. Only gave 4 stars because one bedroom contained the washer and dryer and had no closet available for my friends clothes and shower head and pressure in our bathroom was very low . Owners are super nice and very accommodating. Overall very nice place to stay.

Great Space for a Getaway

Great space for a relaxing, quiet weekend. Very open kitchen space with adjacent screened porch. Home stocked with disinfectant and hand sanitizer; able to access and use the house while being socially distant from others in the neighborhood. Lots of natural light streams into the home. Landing space makes it easy to unload and load your vehicle. The large corner lot makes the screened porch feel further from the road. Spacious bedrooms except for fourth which is essentially the laundry room with a twin bed. I would stay here again.

Milton house

Nice neighborhood, secluded house, which is what we were looking for due to covid. House was nice as a central point. In 4 days was able to visit Prime Hook, Lewes, Cape Henlopen, Berlin & Assateague. Plenty of parking for 4 cars as different family members came down different days due to work. A lot of stuff left in fridge from previous tenants, which we didn't use, again due to covid. Thank you for the 6 pack of Dogs Head beer. Overall, nice house.

Home Away From Home

This property was absolutely lovely! The screened in porch is so very peaceful, in the morning for tea and the evening, for a night cap. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. A great home for a quiet getaway. The owner is VERY sweet. She checked in with us to make sure we were fine. And the notes in the house to help during our stay was a sweet touch.

Great stay for a weekend in Milton

The property was exactly as described, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the town center was a 4.minute drive from the house. In the summer this would have been a very nice walk. There is a large kitchen and Two very nice bathrooms with great water pressure. The only slight issue we had we as the living room furniture was not the most comfortable in the world and had seen better days but this did not impact our stay and the rest of the house was immaculate. Great communication with the owner. I would definitely consider again should we venture back into the area.

September Milton Stay

This was our second year staying at this house for a weekend at the end of September and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is exactly what we were looking for and we actually spent a lot of time outside on the screened in porch, especially in the evening. There was a minor hiccup with the thermostat and the owner was quick to address it. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for Sports at the Beach!

My family and I just spent the weekend at this lovely house for the Dog Days of Summer tournament at Sports at the Beach. It is the perfect location to get to the field quickly with no traffic. We were still close enough to the beach to enjoy some waves as well. The owner was amazing! She moved our check out time to later since no one was coming in on Sunday and even allowed us to stay an extra night. They were very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we participate in another tournament at this location. Thanks again for a great weekend!

Here for baseball tournament

Very nice home. Very clean and quaint. Loved all the notes and labels that told us you things throughout the house. We were there for a baseball tournament at Sports on the Beach, which was only about 13 minutes from house. This house was off the beating path which we loved (Food Lion and Dollar General very close to house and some cute restaurants) it was About 20 minutes from Rehoboth Beach but so glad we didn’t have to fight that traffic everyday. Loved Broadkill beach - very secluded and not many people at all (compared to Rehoboth). Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Very spacious. Air Conditioning is controlled remotely. You have to call someone to adjust it. Please be aware of this. Grill did not work which was very disappointing.

While the air conditioning can be controlled remotely, guests have full access to adjust the temperature at the thermostat in the house. There were two grills present at the house; one was not working but the smaller gas grill was fine.

Newly renovated

We were in Delaware for a lacrosse tournament at the DE turf complex 20 min away. This house was perfect for our needs, grocery store was very close and the neighborhood is set in a quiet countryside. Screened in porch was a plus. The only downfall was that of the 3 bedrooms only one had a queen size bed. The other 2 had full size in them.
