The house is on one level, and broken down as follows:
Big stay of 45 m ², a veranda, a sheltered terrace, a kitchen, a storeroom, a parental suite + two rooms, a room of water, a separated toilet, a garage.

The living room extends over 45 m² extended by a luminous veranda. The living room is equipped with a broadband internet connection VDSL for your needs WIFI and TV.

For the pleasure of your stay, we put at your disposal a DVD player as well as board games.

The separate sleeping area, consists of 3 bedrooms including a spacious air-conditioned master suite, open on a private bathroom with bath and separate shower. This suite features a high-quality 160 cm x 200 cm bed with a very comfortable mattress with built-in mattress pad. The master suite offers direct access to the terrace and heated pool.

The second yellow room is equipped with a bed 140 cm x 200 cm very comfortable.

The third blue room, air-conditioned, is equipped with three beds of 90 cm x 200 cm with a very good quality of bedding.
The house is also equipped with a bathroom and separate toilet.

A large private garage of 47 m² is at your disposal for free. In this space your children enjoy the babyfoot.

We are labeled "Family Plus", we provide you with free baby equipment (cot with mattress, high chair, changing mat, pot).

The separate kitchen is equipped with high-end equipment and supplied with all the necessary equipment: oven / microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer.

From the living rooms, you have direct access to a large terrace of 70 m² equipped with a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a heated salt pool (8 x 4 m) protected by a flap of solar powered safety. The pool is in winter from October to the end of March.

Two electric blinds are present to fully enjoy the pool and the terrace to the sound of cicadas of the French scrubland.
