-Very pleasant living-dining room with beautiful openings and a comfortable sofa. Large solid wood table for your communal meals.
-2nd refurbished bathroom with shower.

-Possibility of baby bed, high chair, safety barriers for stairs, toys, etc ... (on demand)
-We provide you with 2 adult bikes if necessary

110 m2 living space and 800m2 of land, Oven, Microwave, Parking, TV, wifi ...
Quiet area but at the same time very close to all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy ...)
-Outdoor terrace with table and chairs, plus a lounge chair.

Our house is located 4 km from Hendaye beach (Jumeaux beach) which is ideal for families with young children, 400m from the Spanish border, 8km from Hondarribia, 20km from San Sebastian (access by car or topo), 20km from Biarritz, 10 km from Saint Jean de Luz, 100 km from Bilbao (2 hours from the house, the Guggenheim museum is a must-see once in a lifetime!).
The castle of Abbadia is a must visit (10 minutes).

Do not miss a climb to the Rhune mountain (First summit of the Pyrenees chain, with exceptional views of the Basque coast, Landes beaches and the Pyrenees). It is accessible by a number of trails or by the Petit Train de la Rhune (Sainte Ignace pass) which is 20km away.
The house keeps fresh, which is nice when you come back from the beach.

We will be happy to give you more outing ideas, whether on the French or Spanish side.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We especially enjoyed the large covered patio, which is great both when it’s hot and when there’s a bit of rain. The neighbourhood is tranquil, and the view through the valley is very nice. Checking in and out is very easy. The beds are excellent, and if you like, you can use the owner’s bed linen. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden has a beautiful barbecue.But above all, the owner is incredibly kind. Communicating in English works perfectly, which is handy for people who speak little French. She responds very quickly to questions and gives both requested and spontaneous, wonderful tips about things to do in the area — from lovely hiking routes in the mountains or along the coast, to cultural events and great local places to eat and drink.Highly recommended for anyone who loves the ocean, the mountains, and Basque culture!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Maud et avons pu découvrir cette superbe région.La maison était très propre et fonctionnelle, les lits confortables et la terrasse vraiment agréable. Le quartier est très calme et toutes les commodités sont toutes proches en voiture. La plage d'Hendaye, à 10 minutes, vraiment agréable. Visites des villes alentours, en bord de mer ou dans les terres, randonnées en montagne, ... Il y a énormément a découvrir sans faire beaucoup de route, notamment l'Espagne qui est juste a côté. Je remercie Maud pour ses bon conseils et son accueil dans cette chouette maison !

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie, haben drei sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist kein reines Ferienhaus, sondern ein Familienhaus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und war optimal auf unsere Ankunft vorbereitet ( sehr sauber). Wir fanden insbesondere die Lage super, weil sowohl der Strand als auch die vielen schönen Orte in der Umgebung sehr gut zu erreichen sind. Die Kommunikation mit Maud war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Belle maison basque

Maison très confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Propriétaire très sympathique. Emplacement parfait pour visiter le pays Basque et faire de belles randonnées en montagne.

Maison très agréable idéalement située

Nous venions pour la première fois au pays basque et nous avons découvert une région très intéressante à plus d'un titre : plages magnifiques, randonnées en montagne, sentiers côtiers, patrimoine culturel, gastronomie, Espagne toute proche. Nous avons aimé prendre le bateau pour découvrir Hondarribia et le Topo jusqu'à San Sebastian pour y déguster des pintxos dans des bars typiques. La maison est grande et confortable, avec une terrasse très agréable. Toutes les commodités sont là. La plage d'Hendaye est à 4km et nécessite l'usage d'un véhicule (voiture ou vélo électrique). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. En bref, une excellente adresse !

Entspannter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Wir sind mit dem Zug gereist und wurden am Bahnhof netterweise von unserer Vermieterin abgeholt und am Ende auch wieder dorthin chauffiert! Maud und Aritz waren überaus freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, im typischen Baskenstil gebaut, ist angenehm eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man so braucht. Lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die großzügige Terrasse. Durch die Überdachung kann man bei jedem Wetter draußen sitzen und die Aussicht in das schöne Tal genießen. Alles in Allem haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind vor Ort. Ausschlaggebend bei der Auswahl war u.a., dass zwei Badezimmer vorhanden sind. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit, hatten viele gute Tipps für uns und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Des locataires parfaits! Nous avons pu communiquer facilement lorsque cela était nécessaire. Très cordiaux et agréables, parlant bien français. La maison était parfaitement rangée. J'espère que le séjour de Bettina et sa famille s'est bien passée et nous serons ravis de les recevoir à nouveau s'ils le désirent!
