The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, wifi, café and pub.
Attached covered parking available at rate of $45/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 7 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options.
Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.

This property was wonderful and absolutely perfect for me and my 14-year old daughter!! Excellent location, close to beach, buses, and food trucks just a short walk away. Host was amazing, prompt, great communication. The place was clean, cute, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

A bit older and dated, but exceptional value and perfect location. Food trucks, Waikiki Brewery, 7-11, and local drinking spots (live music) all nearby.

I always stay here, I've been here for 2 months, I always look forward to coming back to Hawaii and staying in the condo, the views are beautiful day and night I never get sick of the view, day time seeing Waikiki beach from the window is absolutely beautiful, I stayed here 3 times last year. It's clean, has a microwave, fridge and that's what I needed. I would recommend it highly and Thankyou to the host who always reply quickly
Was on the 38th floor, the view was beautiful especially at night, clean apartment, host wasn't in Hawaii but each time I contacted him a very quick reply and help.only slight problem thin walls, upstairs was noisy, I contacted the owner and he quickly rang securityand they came to see me, good security. Was good. Creampot restaurant downstairs is nice. Nice view. Small room with everything you would need unless you need like a bunch of fancy stuff. Only thing we could watch on the TV was YouTube and the comforter could use a replacement seemed a little old. But it's nice and worth the money for sure.
Love this place. Had everything I needed. The location is perfect. It was roomy, clean & just perfect. Shujie was very attentive to my requests and responded to questions in a very timely manner. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bed & pillows were very comfy. Loved the location. Close to anything you may need as far as shopping and eating go. Inexpensive breakfast less than 1/2 block away. Will definitely stay here again.
I've stayed here last year and this year, this time 24 nights, I will be coming back here again in June 2024 for another 24 nights, close to the famous Waikiki beach which is 12 minutes, 10 minute walk to Waikiki Centre, 15 minute walk to alo Moana center and park. I really enjoy the condo, very clean, simple, comfortable and a beautiful view day and night, host always quickly replies to me if I have a question or need anything. I would highly recommend it. There's also a pool, food trucks across the road and 7 eleven next door
We had previously stayed in this same unit in 2019 and had no problems what so ever. This stay was not as good. After a very long travel day and evening arrival at the unit we found the unit to not have been properly cleaned. The sheets on the bed were nasty, the floors appeared to not have been swept or mopped. We contacted the property manager and she had to come and change the sheets on the bed and also do some minor cleaning. The refrigerator had not been wipe out and still had residue from previous use. There were hairs on sink and commode in bath room. The unit only has a window AC unit which does not work very and has not been on to cool the unit prior to our arrival. There was also a fan to use but the AC and fan cause dust all over the curtains which appeared to not have been wiped down or cleaned in quite a while. The unit size was sufficient for our use and the location is very good. The check in process was very easy. Some of the furnishings need to be updated but the overall issue is the cleanliness of the unit.
This is exactly what the description and pictures show. It’s on the 38th floor but the elevators are very fast. Very touristy neighborhood during the day but gets a bit rough at night. Less than a mile from Waikiki. Parking was a bit pricey at $35/day but I have no idea if that’s fair or not because I’ve never lived in a big city. The room is small but well kept and the view is pretty cool. Can see the ocean and a lot of Honolulu. The owner was very responsive. Overall, it was a great two days in Oahu!
This property met our (2 of us) needs as we were out exploring most of the time and it was a good place to return to each evening. It’s in a good location for walking to various places. Communication was terrific as all questions were replied to in a very timely fashion. Mahalo Shujie

This property is very well located, even though it is on the edge of Waikiki, near the canal. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the hotel complexes near the beach. We were able to walk easily to the beach and there were several good dining options nearby.
The kitchen was well supplied for eating and coffee packets were provided by the owner/manager, which was nice. There weren’t any good utensils for actually preparing food. For instance, I had bought some carrots and celery to nibble on and there was not a knife I felt would cut theses vegetables, just a table knife. I don’t think there was a carrot peeler either.
The unit we stayed in was definitely studio, very tiny, but furnished with everything we needed. Since we were not in the room much, it was fine and the price was definitely good for the location.
For the rental fee paid, this was an acceptable place. The location was good. I would have liked a small chest of drawers for our clothes. Also the tv selections were bad. We spent our evenings in the room so better tv selections would have been nice. Shujie was very attentive and always promptly responded to my questions.

We where there over new year, great fireworks display from our window. Big enough for 2 people. Onsite pizzeria, 2 cafes, pub, pool, laundry, little store, burgers, all good food.
We truly enjoyed staying at this property in Waikiki! It is perfect walking distance from the heart of all the action! Ten minutes or less to Waikiki Beach. There are plenty of places to eat close by.
The condo was exactly as stated and impeccably clean with a beautiful view. The owners are wonderful and respond very quickly to questions. If you are planning a vacation to Honolulu look into availability here!

Very clean and comfortable - great location
This room is part of a condo/hotel building at the entrance of Waikiki. Perfect location for us as it’s walking distance to everything in Waikiki and yet we were far enough, so it wasn’t noisy in our room. You can tell that building management is serious about security as they have 24-hour security guards on duty and cameras everywhere throughout the compound. The room is very clean and comfortable and check in and check out was a breeze. We checked into our room with bottled water, Hawaiian chocolate, and fresh new bag of coffee waiting for us – nice touch. There is also a large pool, fitness center, pub and very nice breakfast restaurant in the building. Overall, we were very happy and pleased with our stay and absolutely would book here again.

Great location with a fabulous view.
Host was very accommodating for our needs and very responsive to all questions we had. The room was very clean, with a gorgeous backdrop of the diamond head and Waikiki. The price was unbeatable for what we were looking for. We were able to cook a few meals at the bbq on the pool deck and there were basic kitchen necessities in the room as well. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, super close to the Ala Moana shopping centre, minutes away from lively Waikiki and the beaches. We even walked back from the diamond head after our hike, which was only an hour walk back. I will definitely be back!

Clean efficient space with great host
We had a great stay in a clean and well equipped efficiency apartment. The space is perfect if you just need a place to rest after a long day of siteseeing. Your host will be very responsive and helpful. We did not have as welcoming and helpful experience with the front desk.
