Renovated, clean and spacious studio in Waikiki. Unit is on 38th floor of the Hawaiian Monarch Hotel/Condo building and comes with queen bed, full kitchen, full bath and amazing ocean, canal, diamond head and mountain range views.
Walk to Waikiki beach, Waikiki strip, convention center, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated, clean and spacious unit.
The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café.
Attached covered parking available at rate of $45/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 7 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options.
Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.
There is 24 hour building security.
The view includes city, canal, mountain range and glimpses of the ocean.
Smart cars rental is on the premises and other car, scooter and bike rentals companies are nearby within few minutes walking distance.

This property is at the entrance of Waikiki and represents a gateway to the rest of Honolulu. Many attractions are within walking distance and there is bike, scooter and car rental nearby. We bought this place so we could spend time in Waikiki with all the visitors that come to our beautiful island.
What makes this property unique
This unit is budget friendly with the feel of higher end hotel rooms. View is magnificent with ocean, canal, city and mountain range views.
My wife and I handle all the operations with the rental. I manage the booking through VRBO and other sites and my wife does the cleaning and prepping of the room to ensure everything is done to our standards and our guests receive the best value possible.
