Overall Paso is a great experience but the updates that went into the master bedroom should be applied to the remaining house and exterior.

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay more. This hacienda-style home was cleaned thoroughly for your stay and is in a gorgeous rural setting less than 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. A bit surprised at your review, after our multiple customer-service conversations leading up to your arrival. We communicate the style and privacy of this home through photos and description. It sounds as though this home wasn't your cup of tea, but look forward to welcoming other guests to this classic pool property.

What a lovely, private home. Charming and clean. It fit our family of 9 very comfortably. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the walking distance winery up the street. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy. Thank you.
I came here with extended family for a last-minute summer getaway and we had a blast. The property is secluded without feeling remote. Lots of spaces for everyone to have their own place as well as wonderful communal areas. The pool was lovely and WARM. The host was easy to contact and very helpful.
A really authentic property with lots of room for everyone.

We were 8 adults, and 2 adorable pups, and everyone had the most relaxing wonderful time. So peaceful! Beautiful sunset! No complains, we will be coming back
It was so peaceful and the setting is amazing — between pistachio orchard and vineyard. Pool is warm and clean. Beds are comfy, interior design is quirky but feels authentic, would definitely stay here again.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay overall at this terrific pool property. This is an older home, so may not appear sparkling, but is cleaned thoroughly between every guest stay. We're so glad we were able to honor your late checkout request and hope you will keep us in mind for future stays!

Pretty good location on east side. pretty quick to downtown, sensorio, cali-paso, j lohr and next to Levigne. Overall the property is as it appears in pictures. affordable option for 3 couples. I would say that the master bed/bath is very very large and nice. the other bed/bath combo's are not ensuites and are a little funky. that would be the hesitation. but the property is sit inside a vineyard/orchard and has some nice charm to it. we didn't use the kitchen as it was a short stay and we chose to eat out each night. a longer and less busy stay that allowed for the pool (unheated i think) and outdoor space to be used more would have added to the charm. The 5 paso VRBO's we have stayed at, i'd put this in the middle. a 3.5 star property, 4 star on location, 4.5 star on working with the vrbo management.

Thanks for your helpful feedback! We love the location and classic hacienda vibe of this home, along with the vineyard setting. We hope our photos and description help guests get a good idea of each of our properties during the booking process! The pool is heated for no extra charge mid-May through mid-October, so we invite you to join us again during the warmer season! We would love to welcome you back.

The house was a nice getaway from the city. Quiet and secluded but still close to town if you need anything. It was nicer than the pictures. The pool was small but perfect for our size of group. Communication with the hostess was easy and they were quick to respind.
Love the farm house. Perfect for a family of 6. Loved everything about the house. The property manager was super helpful, responsive to our questions. I'd love to come back again during the warmer months of the year.
We had a great visit. The location and setting are wonderful. We enjoyed daily long walks in the vineyard. We appreciated being able to have our small dogs with us. The house is comfortable. Eclectic decor, but clean and very comfortable. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. We will book this location again for sure and recommend to others.
We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous, charming, and spacious home! It was the perfect place for our family of nine during our daughter’s graduation weekend. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge, and the entire home is beautifully maintained. The beds were all very comfortable. Everyone slept great. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for a big group. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking peaceful walks around the property. One thing to note: the room with the bunk bed is a walkthrough to the master bedroom. However, we simply locked the connecting door and used the separate entrance to the master from the pool area, which worked perfectly. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to rent again next year to explore the area even more!
The house is an older Spanish-style house nestled among vineyards and orchards. It was nice and quiet and dark at night and peaceful during the day. The layout was a little funky but spacious, with lots of room to spread out. The master suite is huge and has a very ornate, marbled bathroom space. Rooms and beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Floors are tile throughout and there are small steps from one level to the next that older guests might look out for, but we figured it out. The main furniture is a bit dated but still comfortable. It would have been nice to have a broom handy to sweep the patio and pool space (lots of perching birds, as you'd expect for a farm setting). But overall, it was very comfortable and suited our needs very well.
Our two families of 8 people total, including a 10 year old and a teen boy with autism and other special needs, enjoyed the beauty outside, and the accessibility inside and out. This property is a single level home with 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The beds and linens were great. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you will need. The only issue we had was that the doors don't seal well at the bottom and many bugs came in during our stay. There was also a large amount of dead bugs in the living room. We did inform the staff at the end of our stay about this so hopefully it will be addressed better. We really did enjoy this beautiful home and the vineyard and acres of trees during our many walks. It is so private and quiet and the scenery outside is gorgeous. The Master bedroom has a phenomenal space and bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a walk in tube as well as a separate shower and a Japanese toilet with multiple functions. SO cool!

So happy to hear how much you enjoyed your stay overall! Such a great location and so many features to enjoy! That's odd about bugs this time of year, but we clean thoroughly before every guest arrival and will make sure all is ready for future guests.

We had a lovely time at the Buena Vista Farm! We were celebrating my 50th birthday and had a small group staying at the house with a few more that came over for dinner. The only small hiccup in our stay, it does not comfortably sleep 9 adults. The bunk bed is a little awkward. We had a family of 3 adults that used that room but we didn't realize it would be that cramped. I would say it sleeps 7 adults easily, 8 adults if they are open to bunk beds, and 9 adults in a more cramped situation. Fortunately, we had a lot of good wine so they prepared for bedtime with a little extra hahaThe home is well appointed - plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Plenty of towels! Plenty of parking, and a lovely outdoor space with a huge dining table, and a fenced area for the dogs, although be mindful if you have an escape artist as the wall was enough to keep our dogs contained but was low so a dog that will hurdle fences would have no problem escaping. No bugs either, so we were able to leave the doors open while we were home. We lucked out that the weather was super mild, so only a few of us enjoyed the pool but it would have been AMAZING if Paso was having a heat wave.Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was also super helpful, professional, and sweet. I highly recommend checking them for other options if this spot is unavailable for your dates, you prefer to be closer to town, or you have fewer guests.
Everything was great the only comment about cleanliness pertains to the master bathroom shower head. There was a lot of calcium build up that made it difficult to rinse off. The property had barn rustic charm and we really enjoyed our time.
