You will enjoy this large condominium located in the heart of Seagrove Beach within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the quaint development of Seaside. This is a very family friendly area conveniently located between Panama City, Florida and Destin, Florida. Choose to enjoy the night life of the city or the quiet peaceful nights on the white sandy beaches.

This is a tri-level condominium with the kitchen, dining room, half bath, living room and balcony on the first level. The master bedroom with a private balcony, second bedroom, washer and dryer and two full baths on the second level with a sleeping loft on the third level. There is a lot of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. The balconies overlook the pool and have views of the beach and ocean.

It only takes a few steps to get to the private beach access and enjoy the white sandy beaches of South Walton.

Recently Updated! All new floor coverings, new living room furniture, flat screen tv, ceiling fans, light fixtures, kitchen appliances and more.

Our granddaughter has named our condo BEST TIME EVER and it certainly is!

Excellent location

Literally walk out the door to a short board walk, through the gate and down the stairs to the beach. There are a lot of stairs as this is up on a higher elevation, but the access is so easy and very convenient.

Dune Villas - Seagrove Beach, FL

This quite honestly could have been our best family vacation ever. The property was in a perfect location, fabulous floor plan, and the best manager ever. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else on 30A ever again. Thank you Donna for being the best!

Good, good, good, good vibrations ... 🎶

Simply said, we had a very wonderful time. It is a cute, cheerful, happy beach haven. It’s nicely decorated, clean, and furnished with ample necessities. Most of all, I don’t think it is possible for the location to be any better or more convenient to the beach access, shopping, dining, additional bike rentals, etc. It felt like everything you could possibly want was at your fingertips. Thank you for having us!
