This precious beach house pays homage to the true beach retreat! Sleeping up to 10, it the perfect spot for bringing friends and family together!
Impeccably furnished from top to bottom, offers a full & equipped kitchen, dining table can accommodate 7 people, and 4-top eating bar seats 4 more. A modern bar-cart is tucked in and supplied with various types of glassware.
The comfortable and well accommodated living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa, a coordinated extra sofa, an easy chair, and added bench-seating for all for your guests. A 55" wall-mounted smart TV.
A large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are located next to the kitchen and dining areas, as well as a ½ bath.
Heading to the 2nd floor, you will find 3 comfortable bed rooms. The Primary Suite boasts a beautiful king bed with an easy chair, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a 50' wall-mounted Smart TV. The en-suite bath offers double sinks, a large soaking bathtub, stand-up shower, and large closet.
The 'Queen's Room' has a more traditional feel, with a comfortable quilted queen-size bed, 40' flat screen TV, bedside tables, side chair, chest of drawers, and closet. The 'Twin Room' has more of a beach theme, with 2 twin beds, a large chest of drawers, 'pouf' seating, a 32' flat screen TV/DVD combination, and closet. The 'Queen's Room' and the 'Twin Room' share a well-appointed bathroom with bathtub/shower. Up on the third floor, you will find another large King-bed bedroom with walking in closet and comfortable décor. There is an addition twin bedroom with 2 twin beds. The third floor area share a wonderfully modern bathroom with large seamless-glass shower.
Our outdoor areas include a huge front porch & upstairs balcony with a variety of seating, and a back deck with seating/dining & grill. There is also plenty of front and back yard space for the little ones to run off some energy, while the adults BBQ on the propane grill. There are many a bad-mitten tournaments to be had in this yard!...
There is WiFi connection to keep you informed and connected if unplugging is not your thing...
All in all, the 2800 square-feet of luxury beach living is a perfect complement to the adventure and down home feel of Florida’s Emerald Coast. Located just 3 blocks east of 395 and 1 block north of 30A, the house is just outside of the hustle and bustle of Seaside (less than 1 mile), and within a short walk to beach (244 steps from driveway to beach access stairs), restaurants, bars, shopping.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach and we rented bikes, and could get to Seaside in a few minutes. Property was clean and home looked as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The property and area were absolutely perfect for our family. The third floor was great for our newest granddaughter that needed a quiet area at times. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this vacay home.

The house is perfect, can’t get a better location! Steps to the beach and close to Seaside without being in the center of it. Lots of great space for 2 families if needed. House looks way better in person than online. Neighborhood nice and quiet. Great vacay, will be back!

Cute house in a great location

This house had everything we needed (beach chairs and beach towels were a plus) although we didn’t cook any meals so I can’t attest to the kitchenware. Although there seemed to be plenty of that. The layout allowed for 4 teenage girls to share the third floor with plenty of beds and a full bathroom for them. The rest of us had plenty of beds in the 3 bedrooms on the second floor. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect. And since the house is just off 30A, it was a short drive to the food trucks and other restaurants. The house is so cute! We would definitely stay there again!

We have been coming to the area for 12 years now so we are pretty familiar with the area. This house was perfect! Home was clean, great floor plan, and location is impossible to beat. We didn’t have any issues with the home. The best spot in the house if the deck off the master. Literally a 5 minute walk (or less) to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience!

This trip with my family was exceptional. The house was perfectly laid out and stocked with nice linens, soaps, towels, and more. The owners had really gone the extra mile and thought of everything you would need. We cooked in a lot and had every utensil, pan, dish etc we needed. We have stayed in many houses down there and there’s always some kind of problem. Everything about this house was perfect for the type of trip we took with our family! Everyone had their own space and the location was phenomenal! The TVs all worked I never had to call or complain about one thing. We rent houses on vacation all the time and I’ve never had a case where I didn’t have to call at least once about something not working or some malfunction etc. The owners are just precious and incredibly thoughtful and generous. We Will definitely stay here again. Really made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

We loved Sugarwood!

We loved our stay at Sugarwood! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and even better than the descriptions or pictures given. You are a few blocks from the beach (maybe 2) and it’s an easy walk (even with two toddlers and all their gear). I loved that it was close to the busier sections of Santa Rosa/Watercolor area (food trucks, restaurants, amphitheater are an easy walk or very short drive) but not so close that you are right in the crazy busy sections. The owners were super friendly, had a lot of great recommendations, and very easy to get a hold of. We are already planning our next stay!

Great family vacation house!

Mike and Meghan Rao were such hospitable and responsive hosts when we stayed at their home! They really went above and beyond any expectations we had. Meghan arranged to supply beach towels and arranged for beach chairs on the beach so that we wouldn't have to pack them in our car for the long drive from Michigan. When we got into the house, there were a few minor cleanup things that had been missed and they immediately got on it, and had the cleaning crew come back out to take care of these things. I can't say enough about their quick and high quality responses both leading up to our visit, as well as while we were there. Now - about the house....this was a charming house with plenty of space for our three adults, two teens and our dog. The location couldn't have been better - it was walking distance into Seaside, a very short walk to the beach and a golf cart ride away to the Publix market. In all of the times our family has been to the area, this house was by far the best location. It was not right on 30a, and set back in a beautiful neighborhood yet very close. We were able to enjoy the quiet of a neighborhood with the convenience of proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stingray O and would highly recommend it to any family considering a visit to the area!

This location was awesome. We’ve stayed in several locations at 30A...most recently Watercolor for several years...however Stingray-O worked fantastic for us. The home...awesome...the walk to beach...so easy...access to activities and restaurants was so much closer than other surrounding locations. Finally, the owners are truly are easy to work with and we’re focused on making sure we enjoyed their lovely home.

LOVED this house! So much open space. Tastefully decorated & not overdone & cramped. Each floor has its own AC they’re ice cold! Kitchen is well stocked & appliances are top notch. Porches are great for hanging out & it’s a straight walk to the beach! Great location! We were a last minute renter & owner was quick to respond & polite. Will stay here again. :)

Wonderful home!

Our extended family of 7 with children ages of 14, 12 and 10 and our huskador fit perfectly. The manager, Meghan, was amazingly responsive and so sweet. The location is fabulous as is the beach access. We rode our bikes everywhere and picked up breakfast often at Cowgirl kitchen. We rode our bikes 1.7 miles to the Watercolor gym in the mornings. Thank you Meghan for such a fabulous stay!

BEST kept secret on 30A!!

This is our 5th year to spend on 30A! Our family always spends 2 weeks every summer on 30A - the first week is our family of 6 (4 children ages 18-9)with the second week meeting our extended family of 16 to spend as a mini reunion. Your home has always been our choice for the 1st week. It is in the perfect location!!! It's a very short walk across from the best beach access point on 30A making it easy on our family to go back and forth from the beach to home. The beach access is not crowded and just wonderful. Stingo-Ray is decorated perfectly, stocked with anything a vacationer would ever need and impeccably maintained. Your attention to your guests is unmatched. We have never wanted for anything more...we look forward to our week at Stingo-Ray every summer. As we drove away this year, we were bummed (as we are ever year!) and my teenage girls cried tears on Snapchat, lol. Our entire family cannot say enough about your beautiful home! Location, location, location! We will not consider another home in Seagrove. Because of your beautiful home, we say "thank you" for providing us with memories that will last a lifetime.

Memorial Day Weekend

We rented Stingray House for a Memorial Day Weekend get away with 3 married couples and 2 single guys. We had a blast! The house is amazing--well decorated, brand new, equipped with everything you could need, and VERY close to the beach. They even supply you with a beach buggy which makes walking to the beach a breeze! Easy walk to Seaside Village for dinner as well. Definitely recommend this house for rentals!

Excellent location! Extremely clean and well kept house! Perfect for families and children!

My family spent a week at Stingray-O and our experience was excellent! You are in a perfect location for evening walks to the Seaside square and only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. If you are looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this home is perfect for you. We plan on coming back and hopefully spending many more weeks together in this beautiful home. Being in walking distance to the town square puts you in close proximity to tasty restaurants, you can fly kites along the beach, observe dolphins and sea turtles swimming in the ocean, enjoy local entertainment in the center of Seaside, experience unique food trucks and have an overall wonderful vacation. The house has everything you need if you decide to prepare your own meals. Picnics on the beach were relaxing and utilizing an umbrella rental company put you in a great position on the beach. You will have a wonderful experience at Stingray-O!
