About this property

Beautiful Waterfront Pearl, Full Condo, AC, Gated Parking

Beautiful full One-Bedroom, ~750 SQ. Ft. Water Front Pearl District Condominium complex. Just feet away from the Willamette river, the condo offers a full one bedroom floor plan with fully separate Living areas and Bedroom. The building and parking area are Gated on both North and South side of the complex and require a remote control to enter. Walking distance to everywhere in the Pearl District and the NW, as well as walking distance to the Moda Center, which we have found very handy while attending concerts, games, and other events at the Moda Center. We are very competitively priced within McCormick Pier condominiums and pride ourselves in providing the best experience possible for our guests.

We do have a 30 Day minimum stay as required by the HOA. Please keep in mind that guests booking over 31 days and above save hundreds of dollars in Lodging Taxes by the City of Portland.
