Magnifique maison avec tout le confort souhaitable

On a passé un tres bon séjour entre amis. 4 chambres spacieuses, une cuisine bien équipée, un sejour ouvrant sur une grande terrasse av3c vue qur la nature. Tout etait là pour passer un bon moment : cuisine exterieure, piscine et jacuzzi.Hote tres à l’écoute.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine passée dans cette location. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La maison, entièrement rénovée, est très bien équipée. Le petit jardin est très agréable. Nous avons aimé le fait d'être à la campagne tout en étant proches (10 minutes) des belles plages de Meschers-sur-Gironde.

MAISON TRANQUILLE ET PROCHE DE LA MER

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle avec son petit jardin bien équipé pour des barbecues party ! Merci aux propriétaires pour les petites gourmandises régionales. Le petit plus de cette location c'est son parc ombragé offrant la possibilité de se détendre et de faire des parties de ping pong ou de badminton.

- points positifs: le gîte est très bien situé par rapport aux lieux touristiques (à proximité de l'estuaire de la Gironde notamment Talmont sur Gironde), la taille du gîte est bien, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont fonctionnelles. - points négatifs: le parc n'est pas mitoyen à la maison!!! il faut traverser une route assez passante pour se rendre dans le parc qui en plus n'est pas clos (pas idéal avec des enfants de 3 et 7 ans). La maison est mal orientée: la petite pelouse où se situe le salon de jardin est à l'ombre à partir de 16h. La literie est de mauvaise qualité dans la chambre ayant un seul lit, de plus le sommier est fortement tâché et il y a une odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Manque de double vitrage dans la chambre des enfants (certains carreaux sont cassés et d'autres sont réparés avec des morceaux de plexiglass), peu de jouets contrairement à ce que la propriétaire avait indiqué. La propreté n'était pas parfaite à notre arrivée (précision: à notre départ, nous avons pris le forfait ménage à 60 euros donc je ne sais pas si les locataires suivants ont bénéficié d'une meilleure propreté).

De supers vacances

Nous avons passé en famille de magnifiques vacances à Barzan. La location est juste parfaite. On s'y est senti comme à la maison. Décorée avec goût et pour le côté pratique on ne manque de rien.La cadre environnant est génial pour les amoureux de la nature. Un grand merci aux propriétaire qui sont plus qu'acceuillants. Je conseil cette location et y reviendrai.
