The property is located conveniently along the Fruit and Wine Byway, a 29 mile loop through the heart of numerous Palisade fruit orchards and vineyards. It is only 1.9 miles to charming downtown Palisade with its restaurants, brewery, distillery and farmer's market. This home has a country feel but is still walkable and very bike-able to town. The place comes compete with four bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, and 1 full), over 2100 square feet of space, two and 1/2 bath, a gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen, a hot tub and a ground level walk out onto grass turf and then the full vineyard of Zinfandel grapes. Soak in the breath-taking views of not only the vineyard, but also the Grand Mesa, downtown Palisade and the Bookcliffs. Owner is not on site but is accessible locally.

As pictured, good views, clean and comfortable.Kitchen had good selection of dishes and appliances.Only issue was back door to deck was a little difficult.If we go back to Palisade for peaches, will check availability here first.We really appreciate a smooth check in and out process.

This is a lovely, spacious home located in a gorgeous setting among vineyards and orchards in beautiful Palisade, Colorado. The views from the home are spectacular! The home was meticulously clean and well appointed. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub was an added bonus! We really enjoyed touring the wineries, lavender farm and art galleries as well the other amenities downtown Palisade had to offer while we were there. We would love to come back and stay again.

Place was great!

Very nice place with lots of space, indoor/outdoor, clean, beautiful views, some shade. Seven of us went to celebrate a 70th birthday.

Palisade Girls Trip

Six of us stayed here for a girls trip and we had the best time! The property and location is stunning. The house is updated and beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean home with hot tub & spectacular views!

Absolutely loved our stay in Palisade! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group with four comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus—especially with the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Communication with the owner was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

70 th birthday getaway

The house is located very privately,yet only a stone throw away from downtown, and surrounded by growing grape vines. The views are fantastic and the hot tub is a welcome added feature. House,deck and backyard are plenty big for friends and family.Some big trees make for shaded parking and when the stars come out at night, the place feels very special

Great location and wonderful host

Megan did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and knowledgeable about the area. Her house is located within walking distance to the Blue Beryl winery and within a 10 minute drive of countless others. If you’re looking for a great spot to enjoy a wine weekend, you’ve found it. With the hot tub and views, you really can’t ask for anything more.

Lovely home

Wonderful home. Everything was as expected, clean and well maintained. A little close to interstate but that was indicated in the listing reviews so it was not unexpected.

Sweet house

The house was super clean and a great set up for a large group. View was spectacular. The only downside to this house was that it’s right by the highway I25 and was pretty loud if you like to sleep with the windows open.

It is too bad that a lot of homes in palisade have proximity to the highway on our side of town, or the railroad in the middle of town, but we agree there are lots more positives than negatives about Palisade!
