The house was awesome and all the amenities were great. Todd was great to work with and communication was great!!! Very friendly people. Would stay there again!!
We had an excellent stay, the kitchen equipment was extensive, the deck was great for enjoying the evening weather and views. Todd was incredibly welcoming and responsive.
The his is the perfect place for grown family members to met up. There is space for everyone. Todd is a great Host that is there for anything you need. Plan to stay again.
House is setup well for large groups, located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to all of the amenities and sights. We lacked nothing during our stay. Thank you, Todd and team!
Host (Todd) and location was excellent. Covered porch and views from the covered porch made our short stay of 3 days a memorable time. House was well furnished. Enjoyed the privacy for our group of 8.
Lovely property, a very gracious host.
The house has so many rooms and so many bathrooms which makes it really nice for the functionality of a multi family stay.
Lots of nice touches to make the stay more comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, you really don’t need to bring any big stuff (mixer, pots, grill, crockpot, etc.) if you are cooking.
What are great place Todd and Sophorn have, obvious pride of ownership! It was clean, well-equipped with everything top quality. Most people chintz on TP Kleenex, etc. They have the best and softest TP! Like home is your motto, apparently because you are obviously so interested in constantly improving.
Just a couple of minor suggestions are given as follows: it would be nice to have bar soap. In the bathroom next to the washer dryer, having two triangular shelves next to the shower heads would be a big improvement over putting the shampoo etc., on the windowsill.
Normally, I do not do reviews unless something is really great or bad. Yours is GREAT! And, it was so close to downtown and to hiking at Colorado National Monument.
Thank you so much for sharing your nice home!

The house is spacious with several conversation areas, a well equipped kitchen, several bedroom and bathrooms and a huge deck with incredible views. All of my guests (family) commented about how perfect it was for our reunion.
Lots of room. Great location with easy access to downtown, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, etc. Comfortable beds, large living area. Spent every evening on the deck around the fire table.
Fantastic home - spacious and comfortable. Views from deck were amazing. Location was perfect to downtown, wineries, golf, and hiking. And, of course, close to entrance to Colorado Monument. Plenty to do for our week in Grand Junction. The host, Todd, was really helpful with the walkthrough and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.
Our stay here was amazing and Todd was the perfect host! He is very welcoming. He met us at the house and gave us a quick tour of the place, in addition to, providing recommendations on places to eat and sights to see and visit during our short stay. Todd was readily available to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. We were attending a family wedding and we chose this place because it was large enough to accommodate our family. The house, location and views were great! The house is very comfortable, close to downtown Grand Junction and it's just a quick drive to the main entrance of Colorado National Monument. We have made wonderful family memories here! Thank you Todd!
The house is perfectly set up for amazing lunch loop vistas, dining outside at sunset, grilling and cooking for 15 with ease, and hosting npr tiny desk concerts with piano and guitar. We will be back! Amazing.
We loved our long weekend visit to Grand Junction. So much to see and do, with a perfect home for two families to relax and comfortably enjoy. Best location for quick early morning/late evening MTB rides to beat the heat. We appreciated Todd’s excellent communication and thoughtful service to help us upon arrival. Everything was great!
An absolutely stunning home for 3 generations to gather. The home could not have been more perfect for us. Bedrooms with bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, multiple dining areas and a deck with lots of seating and a fire pit!! And views for days!! Thank you Todd for allowing our family the space to create memories to last lifetime!
Such an amazing property. Lots of privacy inside and outside. The veiws are endless and the enrire house is very well stocked. Amazing accommodations! We will be back!
This was a wonderful home for our Thanksgiving with 16 family members, ages 6 to 89! The house has everything! Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered in any vacation home.
The hosts were so friendly and helpful!
Todd and his wife could not be more kind and accommodating. The house is large and roomy and very well appointed. With the Colorado Monument Park just off the back porch and Arches National Park 1:45hrs. away it’s a wonderful location. Don’t miss the drive from Cisco to Moab, truly beautiful.
Our stay here was the perfect home base for our friends annual mountain biking trip. With Lunch loops so close by, we were able to go straight from the trails to the house. Good wifi and all of the amenities needed for a perfect trip.
This place was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 8 children, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, large dining room, all amenities that we needed and close to the Lunch Loops mountain biking trails.
The hosts we so kind and accommodating.
We will book this location again.
Great stay, house, and communication! Recommend this property if you are ever in Grand Junction.

About the host
Hosted by Todd Ervin
My name is Todd and before moving to the area I traveled quite extensively for roughly 1 1/2 decades mainly in S.E. Asia (Which is where I met my wife Sophorn) to such places as Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Other destinations include locations in Mexico, Central America and Peru. After my stint of travel I decided to settle down and grow some roots with Sophorn and now Miko, our son. Grand Junction with all of it's outdoor activities, wonderful sights and laid back lifestyle fit the bill perfectly. Yeah Western Slope!! It is also situated so there is easy access to other wonderful destinations such as Moab Utah, Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful San Juan Mountain to the South. With all the endless outdoor things to do and beautiful sights, with no traffic to speak of, I have not regretted my decision on location at all.
Why they chose this property
The views, location to great hiking and biking and yet so close to downtown. The pool table! One of the great features of this house is that each bedroom has the privacy of having it's own bathroom. Love hanging out on the 500 Sq Ft deck over looking the Lunch Loops!!
