We (two adults) enjoyed a 4 night stay in April. Parking was very convenient outside the front door. Communication and instructions from hosts were clear and easy to follow. The location is in a beautiful, walkable, historic neighborhood. The interior of the apartment and patio area are clean and tastefully furnished for a comfortable stay. The well equipped kitchen and access to washer and dryer were added bonuses.

Free street parking was incredibly easy, and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and in a great location close to downtown. The back courtyard was a highlight—really peaceful and a nice place to relax.We didn’t end up needing to contact the host, but they made it clear they were available if anything came up, which was appreciated. The place itself was clean overall. That said, the shower could use a deeper scrub in the grout and corners, and the carpet shows some wear and spotting—nothing gross, just a bit tired.Overall, we had a really good stay. It felt like a solid value, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I checked into several options for this trip, and ultimately picked this one. Boy, I am glad I did. It was sooo nice I almost hated to leave. It is in a beautiful area and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was very cozy and inviting, and well stocked with all the appliances and utensils to cook some nice meals. It even had a kitchen aid mixer . I highly recommend this spot and I will book it again if ever go back. Definitely a hidden gem.

Location was perfect for easy access to Forsyth Park for our morning walk as well as well within walking distance of several restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and were able to park on the curb near the front door for free.
