Grande maison de caractère mais pas de wifi ni internet télé privée de première chaîne.toiles d'araignées d'origine ; normes d'électricité ???; nous avons été envahi de frelons !!! Il faudrait réinvestir dans des oreillers. Dommage car cette demeure a beaucoup de potentiel

Pour ce qui est du wifi : son absence est indiquée dans l'annonce et j'avais rappelé ce fait au locataire lors d'un entretien téléphonique. il est anormal que ceci me soit reproché. Sur le dysfonctionnement de la première chaine : la télévision a été acheté en 2022, les orages violents dans le secteur ont probablement touché l'antenne et provoqué ce dysfonctionnement de la réception. Ce problème n'a pas été porté à ma connaissance par la locataire durant son séjour et en conséquence n'a pu être résolu. Sur la présence de frelons : nous sommes à la campagne et je ne peux gérer les déplacements de ces insectes. Sur ce point aussi n'étant pas informé durant le séjour je n'ai pu faire intervenir un spécialiste. La maison comporte 12 couchages et 14 oreillers sont mis à disposition. Ceci laissait un choix aux locataires qui étaient au nombre de quatre. Par ailleurs un tiers des oreillers sont remplacés chaque année. Sur la présence de toiles d'araignées : la maison est nettoyée entre chaque location mais compte tenu de la surface il n'est pas impossible que la dame qui réalise le ménage ait laissé une ou plusieurs toiles d'araignées. je remercie la locataire de relever le potentiel de cette maison.

Belle maison d'époque

Belle et grande maison des années 30 avec encore beaucoup des meubles d'origine. Agréable et fraîche. Jardin tout autour et clôturé (pour ceux qui ont des chiens !l) avec des arbres pour l'ombre. Petite route devant avec très peu de traffic. Meubles de jardin, deux chaises longues et bbq. La plupart des matelas venaient juste d'être remplacés. Village petit et très calme avec épicerie (épicière très sympathique), café et dépôt de pain. Laroquebrou est très proche avec tous les commerces et un office de tourisme. Petit bémol : Pas de wifi. Internet très aléatoire. Attention. Il faut avoir avec vous TOUT le linge de maison. Donc pas seulement serviettes de toilette, torchons et draps+housses mais aussi des maniques, nappes, un tapis de bain et quelques couvertures/couettes. Nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables !

Prenant acte de l'appréciation je vais procéder au remplacement des literies incriminées. Pour l'incident électrique concernant la machine à laver cette dernière à été acheté le 22 juin 2922 et est sous garantie.Le nécessaire sera fait auprès du vendeur. Je précise que les locataires avaient oublié leurs draps et que j'ai fourni 4 paires de draps sans compensation.

Un logement rustique et agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison. Équipée comme il faut, vaste, rustique, avec un jardin très agréable, c'était à la hauteur de nos espérances. Léger bémol sur la qualité de la literie. On recommande !

Délicieux !

La maison est fidèle à sa description, authentique, vaste, calme, et offre la possibilité d’un séjour extrêmement agréable dans une région magnifique. Siran est un tout petit village qui a l’avantage d’être doté d’un petit bar épicerie tenue par Clo qui organise une animation concert tous les quinze jours et qui garanti une réelle autonomie. A dix minutes Laroquebrou offre toutes commodités. Chaleureusement recommandé !!!

Maison au charme ancien

Maison de famille dans son jus ,grands espaces agréables mais un manque de confort car tout est d époque en particulier les matelas et sommiers des lits .

Effectivement la maison est une maison du milieu du 20 ème siècle aux larges volumes ( grandes pieces) qui a conservé son charme (boiseries et cheminées marbre) mais qui a été adaptée à la modernité. La literie est traditionnelle mais confortable et en bon état.
