DOG FRIENDLY *DELUXE OCEAN BLOCK CONDO* Steps to the Beach!! ***

This is the place you want to be to relax in style for your family vacation! Comparable to a luxury townhome, at half the price.

Located in the Ocean Block of New Orleans Street in the heart of Dewey Beach, Unit A of THE SURFRIDER CONDOMINIUM is a completely renovated 1250+ square foot, 2 story, 2 Balcony town home. And we are now Dog Friendly! Please read our Pet policy and Pet Fee information.

The House sleeps 8-10 with a king in the master bedroom, 2 sets of twin/full size bunk beds in the second bedroom plus a queen size Murphy bed in the Great Room. All mattresses are Brand New this season! We DO NOT supply linens and towels, you must bring your own or rent them from a local company

The kitchen is fully loaded with all the amenities for cooking and entertaining. It has a large flat screen and seating for 10, perfect for friends and family to watch a game or just relax.

Our House is spacious, clean and well loved by Our family. Other amenities include air conditioning, wireless internet, Netflix/Roku on all Tv's, washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have complimentary beach chairs, and an outside shower to rinse the sand from your feet and any shells you may have found at the beach.

We are convenient to everything, Look across to The Starboard & The Bottle & Cork and just a short walk to Dewey's famous beaches. Family fun in Dewey includes skimboarding, bonfires and movie nights on the beach and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.
Check-In is at 3pm. Check-Out is a 10am

PLEASE RUN AND EMPTY DISHWASHER. PUT AWAY ANY USED POTS AND PANS. PHOTOS IN CABINETS AND DRAWERS FOR HELP.
TAKE TRASH TO DUMSTER BEHIND BUILDING. COURTESEY SWEEP OF FEEODD AND SAND.
CHECK FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN DRAWERS, BATHROOMS AND UNDER BEDS.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rental was a great vacation location-close proximity to beach, restaurants, music & nightlife. This space was very clean & spacious with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing and fun trip and we were allowed to take our dogs. We had a great experience from the very beginning of the booking process to the very end at check-out. The property itself is beautiful and clean---with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The booking process was stream lined and everyone we interacted with was friendly.
