About this property

This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.

The cottage is pet friendly, for an additional fee, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.

***NEW FOR 2024 *** From Memorial Day to June 10th, the minimum age to rent is 30. Proof of age will be required***
***Also new for 2024 *** - The bathroom has been remodeled with a new shower, vanity, etc

Just right

It was perfect. Just the right size. Close to everything. Curious how loud it is in peak season but i wouldn't even care. Steps to the beach. If i could change one thing it would be to make the shower a little bigger but it wasnt an issue. If you ever want to sell it, let me know.

Spring break

Spring break mini vacation with our granddaughters and dog. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for our visit, but we had lots of fun anyway! Great beach!
