Cozy 2 BR Cottage steps from the Beach. Pet Friendly.

*** From Memorial Day to June 13th, the minimum age to rent is 30. Proof of age will be required***
This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.

The cottage is pet friendly, for a fee of $100 per stay, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.

Discount of 5% offered for rentals of 7 or more days.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay . We also brought our black lab who throughly enjoyed herself as well . We really liked how close we were to the beach and the restaurants. Our favorite part of the home was the screened in porch . It has lights and comfortable patio furniture. We spent lots of time out there .We will definitely return !

We are return visitors to Krista’s cottage! Her place is in the perfect location- beach block and close to downtown Dewey! It’s private and set back in a quiet nook. We love that we have everything we need and that it’s super dog friendly! We will certainly be back!

Dewey is The! Best

We enjoy are stays in Dewey Beach Delaware. It is a pet friendly town. We are just steps away from the beach. Great places to eat and Woody's is the best. There is a nice little place called the Sunrise Restaurant for breakfast.
