The 20-acre property is hidden from view and has an automatic gate, providing secure parking for 4 cars. The 11 x 5.5 m heated swimming pool (1.4 to 1.8 m deep) in mosaics with jacuzzi (4 people) is equipped with an all-season heat pump, a salt chlorinator, automatic pH regulation and LED lighting. Large terrace offering all the necessary comfort to enjoy the place in a Provencal environment with umbrella pines, olive and palm trees. Gas barbecue and large shaded pétanque court.
The fully air-conditioned house, furnished and tastefully decorated, has 4 bedrooms and spacious closets, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets (including 1 for guests). The living room with open fire, the office, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room open onto the garden and face the swimming pool. A large covered terrace allows you to eat and relax out of the sun. Plasma, DVD player, cabinet for iPod / iPhone and WIFI throughout the villa and outside.

Excellent Holiday

We had an amazing holiday, the villa was perfect in every way. Communication with the owner, Vincent was first class. The location is great to get around the local area, fantastic resources within a couple of miles from the property. The outdoor area really makes it special with the pool being brilliant with the perfect position for catch the sunshine throughout the whole day. We will definitely be back.

Perfect villa on an excellent location

We spent a wonderful week in this very nice villa. The location is excellent, with easy access to Saint Tropez, Gassin village and Ramatuelle. The layout of the house is very spceyu, leaving enough room for everybody. The pool is very generously sized, and allows for relaxing days at the house. We were really happy.

A wonderful and tremendously private villa

This really is an ideal villa for a 'get away from everything holiday.' Behind your own gate and with ample parking, the villa was spotlessly clean, well furnished, beautifully decorated with charm and character, big bedrooms and well arranged reception space with great 'flow'. The heated pool was superb and there are extensive grounds with a petanque court as well. St Tropez is only 15 mins in the car and local shops just down the road. Long days by the pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and lovely outside eating - doesn't get much better. Fantastic and highly recommended.

Die Lage des schönen großen Hauses ist perfekt- sehr zentral und ruhig!! Küche und Wintergarten super - alles da..um perfekt zu kochen für die Family!!!! Um den Pool viel Platz und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen . Masterroom und Bad perfekt.. die anderen Bäder könnten modernisiert werden!! In manchen Bereichen indoor wie outdoor wäre ein fresh up nötig!! Kleinigkeiten die nicht funktionierten….wurden direkt von Vincent erledigt!! Immer gut erreichbar..auch der Nachbar Freddy sehr hilfsbereit!! Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Villa Tabu …allen hat es sehr gut gefallen…👍☀️☀️☀️

Fantastic, Well-Equipped Home

We had a lovely weeklong stay at this home in Gassin, which was even more charming in person. We spent much of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the A/C was great for some pretty steamy days, and the kitchen was very well stocked for the large dinners we cooked there and on the outdoor grill. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd love to come back another time!

Un petit coin de Paradis

Proche de Saint-Tropez, et des facilités (grand magasins, boulangerie,…), nous avons découvert une villa très spacieuse et joliment décorée. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour le confort, jusqu’au plaid pour se réchauffer le soir au bord de la piscine lorsque la température tombe. Nous avons même pu profiter d’une piscine chauffée et de son jacuzzi ! Le jardin est très agréable sans vis-à-vis et comprend un terrain de pétanque. Des vacances très agréables en famille. Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Prachtig en perfect gelegen villa

De ontvangst was vriendelijk en er werd een goede uitleg gegeven van alles binnen en buiten. Alles is netjes onderhouden en functioneert prima. De villa beschikt over alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben om een super vakantie te beleven. Er is een bakker net uit het domein en de Geant is op geen 5min. rijden. Arrivés sur place, nous avons à l'unanimité été charmés par la beauté des lieux, ravis de constater que l'endroit était à la hauteur des clichés (ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas!), et nous avons ensuite passé un merveilleux séjour en compagnie de nos amis. Superb villa near Saint Tropez

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful villa, without vis-à-vis, very comfortable and great facilities. The garden, pool and terraces are sunny all day. We all loved the beautiful pool with jacuzzi. The villa is very well located in a quiet area with a wide range of shops nearby and of course the beaches of St Tropez and Ramatuelle are only a few kilometers. We will be back!

Nous avons passé de somptueuses vacances en famille, maison lumineuse et très agréable à vivre! Très bien équipée, on se sentait comme à la maison. Aucun vis-à-vis. La piscine est énorme! Les enfants se sont amusés comme des fous et ne parlent que de la villa de vacances depuis notre retour! Situation idyllique pour les amoureux de Saint-tropez. A l'année prochaine!
