From this unit you are just steps to the lake or the pool, the perfect location!

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full luxury bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, a cozy electric fireplace, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room.  

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great place for family

I really enjoy this property. There are a lot of strict rules but it is a great place with pool and lake access on site. Our place was cean and nice. I have heard a lot of negative reviews but our place was great. The front desk staff were not overly friendly nor was the the pooside bar people but overal it was a great trip

It was nice and clean but very tight. I thought it wouldve been a bit bigger. They do have quiet a few rules, and the amount you pay to stay there youd think i wouldnt basically have to clean the place. Not saying we wouldve left it a mess but im just saying.

Fun in the sun!

This was our second time staying at Grandview and it was amazing again! The room was in the perfect location - bottom floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Quick access to the pool and hot tub from our room, which of course, was highly important to the kids! The only thing that would have made it better would be a washing machine and dryer in the unit, however, that didn't make it worse. We will definitely be coming back!
