Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. It was easy to navigate the page on there was a season discount for the cabin. Once we was there the cabin was easy to find, close to the strip,and had a beautiful view. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed playing the video game system as well as a game of pool on the pool table. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings and the see thru fireplace from the living room to the bedroom was very nice. We will definitely consider this cabin again!

The cabin itself was nice, and the game room was fun. The kitchen was adequately stocked. However, the walls and overall cabin could have been cleaner. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the ceilings.There was stains on the comforter. When we called for a new one, they were very accommodating, but sent a mantienance man over to leave new bed clothes at the door, without changing or taking the old ones. When we removed the old sheets, the mattress protector was covered in stains and hair. It was unnerving knowing the only thing between us, and that, for an entire week, would be a sheet. There was only one roll of tissue in the bathroom, so we had to buy our own. Also, the steep hill to the property wasn't ideal and should have been more accurately depicted in the listing. Overall, this cabin has the potential to be great, if better maintained.

No TV in the bedroom just the living room. And the pockets on the pool table were worn so the balls keep hitting the floor. Otherwise cabin is as described......yes I would book again

The little things matter

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was what we expected. Nicely positioned with a pretty view and a good location. The cabin was clean and much like we hoped. A few little things bothered us. We couldn't get the fireplace to start. We tried one day and asked a neighbor to help us that next day. They couldn't ignite it either. There was ONE roll of toilet paper in the entire house, and that wasn't even a full roll. We looked in every cabinet and nothing else existed. Also, a box of tissues or a couple of paper cups would be welcome. The bathtub is fine but grab bars would be nice to assist in getting in and out of the tub. Little things, but they make a difference.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was nice with the exception of no toilet tissue. Please bring your own as we were told that is the guest responsibility.

Thank you for the feedback. We do offer a small starter pack of items but once those are gone it is up to the guest to supply anything else that may be needed. We do make all guest aware when the reservation agreement is signed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in our area!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience. The house just didn’t feel that clean, bed linens and living room furniture good have been cleaner and in better shape. We found bugs throughout the unit during our stay.
