Hozho Home is a special place for family and friends to come and gather with one another and explore Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.

Come home and enjoy swimming in the private pool (with automatic safety cover that creates a barrier over the pool that no child can penetrate!) or soaking in the freestanding hot tub with views of Lake Powell. This beautiful home has unobstructed views of Lake Powell. Hozho Home is a special place for family and friends to come and gather with one another and explore Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.

Located 4.5 miles from Wahweap Marina, 3.5 miles from Lone Rock, 8 miles from Glen Canyon Dam, 13 miles from Horseshoe Bend, 11 miles from Antelope Canyon and 6-9 miles from Page for shopping, restaurants and churches. Even though you are just minutes from most activities and services, Hozho Home is remote enough to allow for sightings of other desert dwellers like jackrabbits, geckos, coyotes and other wildlife!

You have 2,600 square feet set on 1/2 an acre to relax and enjoy the one-of-a-kind views from your flagstone patio surrounding your own swimming pool and furnished with an outdoor dining area, a lounge area, BBQ grille, and your own fire pit. Grab the chocolate, the marshmallows and the graham crackers to make s'mores in addition to family memories to be cherished for a lifetime! We live in a dark sky community and quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am are strictly enforced.

Inside, you will be spoiled with all quality furnishings, appliances and pillow top beds. The kitchen boasts stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, trash compactor and wine fridge. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meals, including blender, wok, toaster, crock pot and even spices. The kitchen bar seats five. Adjacent to the kitchen is a great room that provides a dining table that seats six and two couches. Curl up and watch your favorite TV show on the 58" SMART TV with Dish Network or use the free WiFi to enjoy Netflix or Hulu.

The master bedroom has one king bed. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds and bedrooms #3 and #4 share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with full tub and shower. Bedroom #3 holds one king bed Bedroom #4 has two queen beds. All bedrooms have 39" flat screen TV's.

The laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

There are four pack-n-plays and two highchairs available for small children.

The swimming pool is closed November - February. March and October can possibly be open and heated depending on outside temperatures. Daytime temperatures must reach 50 degrees to allow for pool heating. There is NO JACUZZI. The pool and jacuzzi form are one unit that operate as a swimming pool. There is a freestanding hot tub that is open year-round.

An automatic safety cover is installed that requires a code to open and close. The pool cover is required to be closed at all times when the pool is unattended as there is a sister property next door that may have young children as guests. We provide some pool toys as backyard games such as "cornhole"!

As most lake visitors have expensive toys, cameras are installed that cover the driveway and front entrance for your safety and security.

Boat and boat trailer parking is available at the property. However, there is NO RV parking allowed either on the street or on the property.

If you have a small special event, there is a sister property, Nizhoni Home, next door that can be rented.

All guests, visitors, vendors or anyone coming onto the property must be registered and approved by signing a release.

Although we love families, vacationers and small special events, we do not allow large parties. Guest must seek owner's approval for more than 12 guests prior to booking, or additional fees may be imposed.

We have a strict no pet policy. A $500 fee will be assessed for violation of this rule.

Entire property: executed swimming pool waiver for each guest in the home will be required for swimming pool access. Swimming pool is accessed through a code to open the automatic safety cover which is provided when all Release Form waivers are received.

Hozho Home is situated in the unincorporated residential area of Greenehaven with a population of approximately 400. It is 9 miles north of Page and only one mile from the Utah border. The locals love the dark sky which highlights fabulous star-gazing and the quiet serenity that abounds. There is a convenience store/gas station at the entrance to the neighborhood.

The city of Page, population approximately 8,000, is just a few miles south of Greenehaven and is where you will find shopping, arts, restaurants and recreational equipment rentals.

There is limited public transportation available. The Express Public Transit has a pick up at the Lake Powell Mart Corner Cafe at the entrance to the neighborhood, Monday-Friday between 8:00a-6:00p. One way fare is $3.00. Express routes are in Page and the surrounding areas including Navajo Reservation stops.

*House has a camera overlooking the front door, camera on the garage looking up the driveway towards the streets and noise monitoring unit in the hall and patio area.

Great place with a great view
Our family enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. The views from the back deck were outstanding! The place also had some nice additional items like soap, detergent, etc. which is was convenient. Even though it is few miles into town there a nice gas station with a Mexican restaurant inside. All in all is was a great place and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting Lake Powell. The views from the backyard were incredible. This house is location outside of Page. Nothing delivers out here. So plan ahead. The house was fine. Well stocked and planets of room for us. We love being outdoors and unfortunately this fell short. The pool was extremely dirty. There were large red ants everywhere. In and around the pool. The back yard connects to neighboring house with no privacy. We love to be outside and The outside area was very disappointing. The inside was fine. If the outside was even just fine this price point would have been ok. We wish we would have chosen elsewhere for the money spent.

Our family loves everything surrounding this beautiful home. We've been coming to Lake Powell for many years to enjoy the lake and the beauty of the surrounding area. Our home is minutes from Lone Rock Beach and Wahweap Marina for easy access to the lake. We are also close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Alstrom Point. Many hiking trails as well as off road trails for your side by sides and four wheeling adventures are close by.

What makes this property unique

This home has unobstructed views of the lake with incredible sunrises and reverse sunsets. The home is in a dark sky community which makes the star gazing a must. We are close to town but far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
