The home's beach access is currently unavailable to guests, but there are multiple public beach access points along the same road.
Guests must go to the building office to get pool bands for pool access, then return them to the drop box upon check-out or pay a fee of $10 per missing pool band.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great for a small family

We had a good stay. It’s very close to the beach and the pool. It’s very easy to check-in and out. Parking instructions were clear and parking is convenient. It was very clean when we arrived. We are a family of 3 and had ample space. The bed is very comfortable! The unit was not air conditioned equally, we were there during the off season, so it wasn’t terrible but the system could use some work. The bedroom gets really hot at night while the rest of the house is freezing. I would advise any future guests to bring your own supply of hand soap and toilet paper. We booked a week long stay and they only provided 2 small rolls and a container of hand soap that was almost empty. Overall though it wasn’t terrible, just could use some touch ups.

We loved the property location, the grounds around condo were very nice. We liked the community feel of complex, pools, and beach access. The condo was clean and met our needs. It does need some updates. We would come back again.

3 week stay

We enjoyed the beach and surrounding area. The unit was very clean, but is in need of some updates; especially in the kitchen. The drawers and cabinets need a refresh, and many of the cooking utensils/dishes were dated. The garbage disposal was clogged and the drain line in the refrigerator was frozen, so water pooled inside the refrigerator. Maintenance was responsive and promptly fixed the disposal. We had to use a towel and bowl to contain the refrigerator leaks while we were there, since it needed defrosting and we had quite a bit of food in it.
