On arriving at property my passcode did not work. I was on the phone with company for two hours. Once inside the view took our breath away. We just sat on balcony and watched the waves

Adequate with Benefits

This property is fine. It’s nothing special - some pros and some cons. Obviously the pros are location, location, location. You are steps from Flagler, the beach and the pool and you have a wonderful balcony view of the ocean. There are plenty of beach toys provided for the kiddos. Chairs made it but are a bit sketchy and the umbrella (which has been replaced) was a mess. The entire unit needs some TLC but could easily be upgraded with some attention to a few details (hair dryer doesn’t work, shower door came off easily, electrical outlet with issues, sticky doors, other TLC issues). Also beware the on-site laundromat. Half of the machines don’t work and the working machines might or might not take your money. Vacasa was very responsive to issues we reported but what would really help is someone going through the unit with a fine tooth comb and looking with the eyes of someone who would be staying there. BUT like I said at the beginning, you do have an amazing location.
