Take a carriage tour through historic Beaufort, visit the Pat Conroy Literary Center, spend a day at the BEACH, or go boating or fishing. Home was renovated in 2023 and has new kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 5 comfortably. 2 BR with queen beds, office w. roll-away twin, 1 full bath, dining room, and bonus room with laundry. Outdoor patio w. string lights, grill and fire pit. Home comes w four cruiser bikes in shed. New host for property. OysterCatcher had a 9.9 rating on VRBO with last host.

Great location

We spent our stay visiting my daughter at the MC Airstation and the location was perfect! It’s very close to it, as well as Parris Island, Shell Beach, and downtown. We felt very comfortable and loved its coziness.

Pigeon Point is close to downtown on the Beaufort River. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. Great for boaters who want to launch boat/kayaks from boat landing. The best park in Beaufort for kids is a few houses away.

What makes this property unique

This home was completely remodeled in 2023. New kitchen, bathroom, paint and refinished floors. This home was hosted on VRBO since 2023 and had a 9.8 rating with over 30 reviews. Host retired and now starting over with new host.
