Breath and relax

Amazing holiday in this beautiful place. The property is in a perfect position to access the village of Castellane with its bars, restaurants and shops. Great atmosphere. The property is beautiful and the garden is a great place to relax in the sunshine

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE , HIGH STANDARD , GATED , SAFE PROPERTY, VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY HOST , VERY CLOSE TO CASTELLANE TOWN AND VERDON RIVER, ONLY 5 KM AWAY FROM BEAUTIEFUL BLUE LAKE CHAUDANNE AND ALSO LAKE CASTELLON, OUR KEY POINT WAS LAKE SAINT CROIX LINKED WITH PONT DU GALETAS AND GORGE DU VERDON - PADDLE BOATS WHICH IS A BIT LONGER JOURNEY BUT ITS WORTH IT BECAUSE OF UNBEATABLE VIEWS ON THE WAY AND WAS GREAT HOWEVER IT IS WORTH TO CHECK WEATHER CONDITIONS FIRST WHICH CAN AFFECT ENTRANCE TO GORGE TO VERDON FROM THAT LAKE, ANYWAY PADDLE BOATS JUST ON THE LAKE WERE GREAT TOO, BEAUTIEFUL GARDEN WITH BUILT BBQ AND MANY SITTING AREAS- IN THE SUN OR IN THE SHADOW OF BEAUTIEFUL TREES OR ROOFED AREA , THANK YOU POTHIN FOR OUR GREAT STAY - BEST WISHES.

Perfect cottage in a beautiful area!

Grace and her family were wonderful. Their cottage was the perfect place with a lovely yard to enjoy our stay in the Verdon area. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom was so comfortable. We loved having access to the 2 bikes and used them all around town. We really hope to return to Grace’s place in the future and spend more time exploring the area!!

Super Lage. Es führen 4 Strassen aus dem Talkessel. Jede führt in eine andere,tolle Umgebung. Von mediteran bis wild romantisch . Und natürlich die gorge...Unterkunft perfekt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

wunderschöne Gegend

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Castellane. Das Fereinhäuschen hat alles, was man braucht für zwei Personen. Unser Hund konnte im gesamten Garten frei herumlaufen, da alles eingezäunt war. Die Saison war vorbei im Oktober, was es für uns aber um so schöner gemacht hat. Nicht viele Menschen unterwegs, aber dennoch hatten Eineige Restaurants und Bäckereien geöffnet. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge gemacht und sind natürlich den Blanc-Martel Pfad gelaufen.

Vacances top dans une charmante maison extrêmement propre et où il ne manque absolument rien. Jardin magnifique avec une très belle pelouse le tout entièrement clôturé ce qui était super pour notre chien qui à lui aussi adoré ces vacances.

Dépaysement total !

Jolie petite maison située au calme, à 20/25' à pied du centre de Castellane, en longeant le Verdon très agréable. Parfait pour se reposer et se détendre, un havre de paix ! Superbe jardin entretenu, (mon chien a adoré :D), maison très bien équipée, tout confort et très propre. Bonne communication avec Grace. Seul point d'amélioration pour nous, la taille de la télé vraiment trop petite par rapport à la dimension de la pièce ! Ceci reste un détail et nous avons été ravi de notre semaine :)

Wij hebben een magnifieke vakantie gehad in dit super vakantiehuis ! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De grote, omheinde tuin was een speelparadijs voor onze border collie en yorkshire terrier. De rustige ligging en toch op wandelafstand van het centrum is een pluspunt. De plaatselijke bevolking is zeer vriendelijk. Nabij het huis ligt een vakantiedomein met een eigen winkeltje en snackbar waar je ook 's morgens je brood kan halen. voor ons was deze vakantie een 11/10 ! Dankuwel aan de gastvrouw Grace wij komen nog terug

Logement très propre, bien décoré tout le confort y est autant à l'intérieur que l'extérieur pour un séjour réussi. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé. Notre chien a pu profiter de l'extérieur avec nous en toute sécurité. De belles ballades aux environs. La propriétaire est très gentille et accueillante. Nous comptons revenir.
