The Verdon in peace.

Our building is located along the route of the GR 4, at the end of the road on a 2,500 m2 plot planted with many trees, 5 minutes from the center of Castellane and the Verdon.

Our property consists of 4 apartments all independent of each other where everyone can enjoy their outdoor space. You have a large parking lot.

This apartment, on the 1st floor, has just been freshly renovated in a contemporary and cozy style. The equipment at your disposal will allow you to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday. For your comfort we put all the household linen at your disposal, no need to clutter your suitcases.

From your windows, you will have a clear view on the surrounding mountains on each side and you will enjoy taking your meals in your shaded garden.

The activities in the Verdon are varied and multiple: swimming, water sports, hiking, cycling or mountain biking, climbing, tree climbing, etc ... and all this at your fingertips.

If you prefer the beaches, you will be 1.5 hours from the shores of the Mediterranean. Or let yourself be tempted by shopping in Grasse, Cannes, Nice or Monaco within a 2 hour drive. Or escape to the mountain valleys of Var and Verdon.

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr sauber angetroffen.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage, die wir ja wollten.Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts....Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine usw.Einen schönen Pellettsofen, den wir abends benützten. Alles in allem, einwandfrei!

Ein Kleinod im Verdun

Die Wohnung liegt unweit von Castellane, ein Super Ausgangspunkt, um die Verdun Schlucht zu erkunden.Die beiden Gastgeber sind supernett und waren bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle.Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um das Obergeschoss eines ausgebauten Gehöftes. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Den kleinen Balkon konnte man sehr gut zum Frühstück und Abendessen nutzen. Für weniger fitte Leute kann die Wannendusche und die steile Treppe zum zweiten Zimmer im Obergeschoss schwierig sein. Aber alles in Allem eine wunderschöne Wohnung die zum Wiederkommen einlädt.

Der Verdon in Frieden :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Appartment von Ingrid und Eric, der leider viel zu schnell vorüber ging. Wir wurden nett empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Ausflugstipps von Ingrid waren top. Das Anwesen in absolut ruhiger Lage ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Haustiere der Gastgeber versüßen den Aufenthalt zusätzlich ;)

Nous étions dans cette région pour visiter des villages réputés ( Moustiers sainte Marie, Annot, Castellane, Seillans, Fayence, Le lac de Castillon, le lac de Sainte Croix, Les Gorges du Verdon. Un peu de randos.

Excellent gîte à Castellane

Superbe endroit au calme, gîte spacieux et très propre. Le propriétaire et sa femme sont très réactifs, sympathiques et suggèrent pas mal d’activités ! Les photos correspondent parfaitement au lieu. Un petit plus si vous aimez les chats : Mongolito et Laracroft sauront vous accueillir aussi !

Urlaub, wie man es sich erhofft….

Diese Ferienwohnung war die dritte Station unseres Urlaubs. Und sie war die beste. Hier passte alles: die Lage, das Klima, die super Gastgeber, die absolut tolle Natur, der Espresso und das Baguette im Ort. Das war sicherlich nicht der letzte Urlaub in Castellane.und bei Ingrid und Eric.

Gelungene erste Frankreichreise

Wir sind mit dem Auto aus Deutschland über Etappen hin und wieder zurück gefahren und haben in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Haupturlaub verbracht. Ingrid und Eric haben uns herzlich empfangen und gaben uns viele hilfreiche Tipps, das Land am Verdon kennenzulernen. Die Wohnung war großräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war sehr hilfreich, da wir es nicht gewohnt waren, auf so engem Raum zu schlafen. Die Ruhe war fantastisch, mitten in der Natur. Die Lage war ideal, um mittelalterliche Dörfer in allen Richtungen zu erkunden und tolle Wanderungen am Verdon zu unternehmen. Auf dem Rückweg vom Tagesausflug konnten wir problemlos im Auchan unsere Selbstversorgervorräte auffüllen, allerdings empfahl es sich, für frisches Gemüse und Obst lieber zeitiger im Auchan zu sein, da abends schon ziemliche Leere in dieser Kategorie herrschte. Mittags sind wir das eine oder andere Mal in einem der Restaurants am Markt eingekehrt und auch dort, trotz fehlender Französich-Kenntnisse, wie eigentlich überall, sehr freundlich bedient worden. Die Provence wird uns als erster Frankreich-Urlaub in bester Erinnerung bleiben.

3 Wochen sind zu kurz für diese atemberaubende Umgebung.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Haus inmitten der Natur, außerhalb jeglichen Trubels. Das großzügige Grundstück ist naturbelassen gepflegt, mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Beim Betreten der Ferienwohnung waren wir sehr beeindruckt über die individuell geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die durchgehende Sauberkeit, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ingrid und Eric sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben viele Tipps erhalten um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch bei anderen Anliegen haben sie uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend weiterhelfen können. Wir hatten während unseren Aufenthaltes nie das Gefühl zu stören oder sonstiges, im Gegenteil, ein kleiner freundlicher plausch auf den Hof war immer drin. Das Haus liegt außerhalb einer kleinen Stadt die aber in wenigen Autominuten sehr gut erreichbar ist. Die Lage der Wohnung bat uns außerordentlich viele Möglichkeiten das Umland zu erkunden. Wir waren beeindruckt von der spektakulären Natur und die Möglichkeiten diese zu entdecken, hinzu kam noch das wir nach eingingen tagen deutlich entschleunigt waren, was den Erholungswert erheblich steigerte. Hier trug sicherlich auch die Lage des Hauses und die Ruhe dazu bei. Wie haben in den letzten 20 Jahren von USA bis China so einige atemberaubende Urlaube erleben dürfen, die Verdonschlucht gehört für uns absolut in die Top 3 unserer schönsten Urlaube. Vielen Dank an Ingrid und Eric, es war fantastisch bei euch und wir werden wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße Micha, Alex, Emil, Milu und Adele

Rundum zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos zu sehen, dazu top ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und sind sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht. Wir haben viele Tipps erhalten und konnten so die Umgebung wunderbar entdecken. Auch direkt am Haus kann man bestens ausspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen.

Je reviendrai et je la conseillerai...préciser que c'est à 3km, c'est plus parlant que 5mn...et montrer les détails de la baignoire : le rebord est large, pas de tapis antidérapant et par conséquent risque de glissade si toutefois on arrive à enjamber le rebord...
