The condo is located 75 miles from Denver, approx 1 hr 30 min from Denver International Airport. An easy drive as you take the I 70 freeway straight from the airport to Dillon. While the condo is located on the second floor facing west, the building entry is 3 steps up from the parking lot on the east side, the condo is on that level, which allows for easy unloading of luggage. For skier's and boarders the condo's proximity to six major resorts, the nearest being Arapahoe basin, Loveland, Keystone and Copper makes it ideal for winter getaway's. Summer activities include Lake Dillon and the entertainment available at the amphitheater close to the lake. Climbing, hiking and walking opportunities abound. If climbing a 14er is in your summer plans, Gray's and Torrey's are close at hand as are leisurely walks of cycles around the lake. The condo is located near the club house with its pool, sauna and hot tub which are available free of charge to guests. WiFi, pool table and credit card or coin operated laundry are available in the club house building. WiFi also available in the condo.The complex has tennis courts a basketball court for those wishing to exercise their lungs at high altitude. This condo has been extensively remodeled since it was purchased. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need to create that stay at home meal. Flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD and CD player for your use. The condo sleeps 4, queen size bed in bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Two parking passes are available to guests.
