Experience luxury at Mama's Lookout, a stunning townhome in Atlantic Beach offering breathtaking beach views. This exquisite retreat features hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The second floor features an open-concept kitchen and living area, with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Relax in the cozy seating area while enjoying the large TV, or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space if needed.

Upstairs, two bedrooms await on the third floor. The first bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Perfect for families or groups of up to six, Mama's Lookout is ideally located near the beach and community pool, offering the ultimate Atlantic Beach getaway.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#17A) and one to the overflow parking lot.

-The Community Pool is open From Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Nice getaway

We booked this for a quick last minute get away . Everything was as expected. Location was great! Linens, rugs, pillows were a little worn but otherwise we had a great stay.

Very nice

All in all, a great place to stay for a couple or small family. While the quarters are a bit small, everything was CLEAN, everything WORKED and the communication with the host was GREAT. Very short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very safe. Would absolutely recommend; we will stay again but will be looking for a slightly larger unit for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 older teens).

Beautiful decor and great location. Only issue - stairs 2 flights to get to restroom which were on top floor with bedrooms. I missed a step and broke my foot the third day. AgaIn beautiful decor and location
