The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We come to Cape Charles every year we always stay in one of the Bay Creek condos. Last year was perfect, this year our condo was not as aesthetically pleasing as last year’s which is fine explains why the price per night was a lot less however we entered the unit at check-in immediately you could tell that this condo had not been occupied and sometimes it smelt very “stale” it was quite a strong odor. There is no way that this place has been cleaned or even walked through by somebody prior to us arriving There was no cleaning supplies in the unit so I had to go buy my own to freshen up the entire unit I had to buy candles The refrigerator was dirty I had to clean the entire refrigerator Before some checks and somebody should’ve at least went to the unit opened up the doors may be didn’t walk around and wipe down surfaces I sent several emails to Latosha with Baycreek voice in my concern and demanding I’m not be charged for a cleaning fee because there’s no way it was clean before we checked in I never received a response at all or a call However I did get a email after check out that we had left behind an item Very unprofessional if people are going to rent their units there needs to be some kind of maintenance done in between people checking in and out
