We welcome you to come stay at our newly renovated property in Historic Annapolis. We own and manage numerous short term rentals in the city so we know exactly what our guests want and we made sure to deliver with this adorable adults only ( 12 and up please ) pied -a-terre. An upstairs unit with two beds and one bath everything is brand new and used exclusively as a short term rental. . Featuring custom cabinets , apron sinks, gas stove , purple mattresses , a complimentary keurig coffee bar , guest toiletries and free WiFi it's nicer than the best suites at the Marriott or Westin for a quarter of the price ... Not to mention two free parking spots ( local hotels are $25 a night extra for each car ! ) Not that you need to drive anywhere .... We are a quick walk to Main street and even the Navy Stadium . Miss Shirleys, Metropolitan, Sailor oyster bar and all of the hottest restaurants are all literally around the corner. You can also ride the free Annapolis Circulater trolley that does a revolving loop around downtown if you get tired from a full days activities ( or a late
night at McGarveys ) Whether your in town visiting your mid, Navy games , weddings , work, lax game or a much needed couples trip - this property checks all the boxes .
It is an upstairs unit with a completely private entrance up one flight of tall steps . One bedroom has a king with a large closet space and the second bedroom has a king that can be two wins if you message before check in .. Great location, great design

I’m a Naval Academy mom and 58 Madison was a great location for me! Close to DTA, cute decor, great space, 2 bedrooms - second bedroom with twin beds. Enough space for a family of 4. I felt comfortable to go running in the morning too!

Cute and Clean Apartment

This apartment was so cute! It had all of the amenities AND was pet friendly. I love the location at the end of the street - it was nice and quiet but also not a bad walk to food and a really cool vintage store. We ran into a small issue one night with the internet, and Megan got back to me right away and the problem was fixed in about 5 minutes. We would absolutely come back for another trip!

When we saw it we knew it needed a ton of work .. Duplexes in downtown are rare and this is in a one of the best neighborhoods in town - not to mention the parking !!!
Two spots are unheard of so we had to buy it and make our vision happen.

Walk to city dock, all churches , USNA and Navy stadium, 2 parking spots, closest restaurants just around the corner . On the free trolley route. Gorgeous reno- brand new everything ...
