We were looking for a villa to enjoy relaxing holidays, ourselfs, or with our family and/or friends
Important was :
- parking, terrace, pool, kitchen, living room, dining room / lounge, master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower on one level, no steps, (a lot of houses in Moraira are full of steps and levels)
- privacy on the terrace, no neighbours having view on the terace
- open view, green and sea, at the level of the terrace and pool (no closed in pool or terrace)
- covered outdoor terrace with kitchen/barbecue for nice outdoor table moments all year around
- comfort
- al contemporary technics, throughout airconditioned and heated
- heated pool
- ecologic (solar boiler, heatpumps)
- easy maintenance
- charm and athmosphere
- sheltered for wind (high locations have magnificent views but are very windy)
We are absolutely convinced that we found all this with this house, and after the refurbishment in the spring of 2014, it really complies to every possible need and expectances.
