Beautiful home minutes from Windsor Boat launch, with excellent views of the lake. Large level area to park a boat. The home is all on one level and ideal for large families or more then one family. Recently updated 3 bedrooms (plus large bunk room) 2.5 bath home with solar heated pool and spa. Tile floors throughout the main home with carpet in master bedroom. Sleeps 14 comfortably. 4 TV's throughout with Hi Speed internet in case you need to get some work done. Large back yard with a very nice view of the lake. Backyard includes dining areas, BBQ, as well as a propane fire pit.
Master bedroom has a Cal. King size bed, TV and large closet with sliding glass doors leading to a covered porch, which gets the morning shade and evening sunset! 2nd bedroom provides a Queen bed, TV with a roomy closet; 3rd bedroom provides a Queen bed, TV with a roomy closet; 4th room offers 4 Queen beds as bunks of 2 each, and 1 Queen Murphy Bed.

Living room, dining and kitchen areas provide a nice open feel and great for entertaining. 80" flat screen TV, wine fridge, under counter ice maker, refrigerator, island seating, pantry, water softener, and R/O drinking water.
The dining table seats 6 and the 2 bars seat 7, the kitchen is roomy and fully stocked with everything you could need. BREATHTAKING sunsets every evening from the back porch, dinner table, kitchen, bar, living room, and master bedroom.

Whether your Lake Havasu getaway includes rest and relaxation, sightseeing, a special event or an extended escape from colder climates, this home allows you to do it all in comfort and style. Ask about special pricing for big event weekends, and longer stays. Lake Havasu has events happening weekly and monthly. Some of the biggest events are fireworks display, balloon festival, spring break, desert storm, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Jet ski championships and more.

Spa are heated by propane. To use the propane there is a $50.00 per day fee that will need to be pre paid.

Garages are not available.

4th of July

A group of friends came to visit Havasu for the weekend holiday, and we had an amazing time staying at the property! The house was clean and had enough space for all of us! Will be using this rental in the future!!

Perfect house for entertaining!

I had a group of 15 people this past weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with what was needed to cook, I cooked all weekend with no issues. The refrigerator was modern and SUPER spacious. The room with 5 beds was perfect for all the single folks and was super huge. The sofas were super comfy for movie nights. The ice machine and the mini fridge in the bar area came in handy. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Overall I would totally rent again!

Beautiful Home

LOVED staying here! The home is amazing and set up perfectly for a few couples with kids. Kids loved the pool, spa and bunkroom while the adults were in love with the fridge, ice maker, automated toilet (that my husband now has plans to install in our house) and the spa. Would love to stay here again.

Super nice place!

Great house with a great view. The fridge was stuff of legends... The range I'm sure is on the to do list. Bar was awesome to keep the mixing drinks out of the kitchen, and the ice machine was awesome. We had a couple minor issues the owner resolved fast. The only thing that needs to be updated is the info on the kids room. The beds didn't match up with the pic. Luckily we had a few people change their plans so that didn't cause us any issues.

Relaxing and beautiful

Great experience at Nancy’s for my bachelorette ! It was the perfect layout for us and such easy access to check in. The kitchen was more than sufficient for cooking meals or ordering in for 12 people. The POOL was the highlight. My girls and I had a lot of fun in the pool at night cooling off and didn’t realize our voices carried so the neighbors did complain unfortunately but we understood and it didn’t heed our night at all. The living room was incredibly roomy (bigger than pics) and could fit all the girls at once. Such beautiful sunset views of the lake. Everything was super clean. Thanks Nancy!

Overall good place to stay.

Enjoyed the stay here. A lot of room in the kitchen. There was one bunk bed that was broken that wasn’t mentioned, luckily we were still able to make the sleeping situation work. The pool was nice and sunset was beautiful. Using the propane for the fireplace was a bit confusing so we didn’t end up using it. However, everything else was great. Would stay again.

Perfect spot!!

This was my first trip to Havasu and I rented Nancy’s place based on a recommendation from a friend who lives nearby. It was perfect for us. Comfortable, spacious, close to everything. Checkin and checkout were easy peasy. If I am back in Havasu, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!!

Awesome house and location

Had an amazing stay at this home. It was super spacious, clean and has a great pool and spa. It’s super close to the Windsor launch ramp which was a nice bonus. Owners were super responsive when needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

Million $ View

Absolutely Beautiful!! From initial contact with Nancy to walking through the front door nothing but a great experience. Pictures do not do this home justice as it obvious the pride of ownership is the highest priority. The backyard is awesome and full wide open lake views just make this home a pleasure. Nancy responded within minutes to any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again!!

Felt like home

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean, and large enough to fit our group, not a bad view of the sunset either, and it wasn’t that far off from the boat launch.

This house is a great place for several couples to stay. Kitchen was well stocked, we were able to make food and have poolside meals. The outdoor speakers made it nice to enjoy music out back. We loved the separate bar area to make drinks and not interfere with those who were making the meals in the main kitchen. Nancy was great to answer any questions

The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we could possible need. The beds and couch are so very comfortable. My favorite was the elevation of the property; no neighbors overlooking the yard. Great lake views. Quiet and comfortable neighborhood. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions.

Comfortable, roomy house for our all adult group of 8!

We had a great long weekend in Havasu! This house was perfect to come back to after all day off-roading, each day. It is centrally located in Lake Havasu City, close to everything. It was super comfortable & roomy for our group of 8 adults (more could definitely stay comfortably) with plenty of parking for trucks & trailers. The incredibly comfortable couch was especially loved by all of us! Nancy was quick to respond & provided all information on the house that was needed. Would definitely book this house again & highly recommend to anyone!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!

The home was GREAT! The view spectacular! Top of the line appliances. Owners thought of everything. Item missing, standard coffee maker but Keurig was available. However, major PLUS, ice machine. Sliding door alarms a bit annoying but we understand the need for safety precautions. So we made a game of it, drink, drink, drink! Awesome view. Very clean, bathroom doors missing locks. We had a couple of oops, sorry, awkward. Deposit refunded within the stated time frame. Totally recommend this awesome home.

The communication with the host before, during and after was outstanding. This home is even more gorgeous than the pictures posted. It’s an absolute guarantee you’re going to have a great time staying here. Open and comfortable rooms as well as common areas. They have all the necessities needed. The pool and outdoor speakers made the backyard a great time. Close to the lake which made taking our boat down extremely easy and quick!
