We gathered with another family and this home was perfect for living alongside our friends for a few days! The location was also great for checking out Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake!
Beautiful location close to Grand Lake. Great for families with children. The child play room was so adorable. Very quiet neighborhood with lots to do nearby. We made great memories!
Such a beautiful home. Everything you could want in a vacation rental. Hosts were very quick to answer any questions. Loved sitting by the fire pit. The rooms are huge! So close to the park. Thank you for a very relaxing time. The kids had a great time with in the play room.
The house was a hit with our group. It was clean when we arrived. We had more neighbors then expected with it being in a rural mountain area, but we would highly recommend to others.
Great accommodations; beautiful weather; quiet; perfect for family!

We left the condo in very good shape. Better than we found it. But somehow scratch and dent was shown to the owner. Maybe the cleaning crew. Anyway, they took a ton of money from our deposit, and did not return it. We would have noticed such a scratch when we left, had we have done it!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and that, prior to the damage claim you let us know you had a great experience at our cabin.
Regarding the security deposit, the charge was not related to normal wear and tear or the cleaning crew. During our post-departure inspection, we documented damage to the refrigerator door that was not present before your stay. The deduction from the deposit was made only to cover the cost of repairing that damage, in accordance with our rental agreement.
We understand it can be disappointing when unexpected charges occur, and we strive to be fair and consistent with every guest. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
Loved our family getaway here at this property! Gorgeous, CLEAN, accurate listing quality, upgrades throughout the property! Wonderful hosts and communication! Will definitely be back!!!
The location of the property was ideally located away from the main highway. The home was clean, beautiful and wonderfully appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We are so happy you enjoyed our stay, we would love to host you again!
This is our second time staying at the property and we just love it! It's great for a big group who wants space to hang out, cook at home, and sleep comfortably. The location is quiet, but not far from the ski resorts. We had a great time!
This was our second stay at this house and it was just as great at the first time! Our family goes to Grand Lake every summer to enjoy the lake and the town. We've searched for the perfect house to stay in, and this one is our favorite! We'll be back next year!

About the host
Hosted by Dennis and Katie
We're a family from Littleton, Colorado, and Grand Lake is our favorite getaway spot. We're drawn to the area for its year-round outdoor adventures-ice fishing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding in the winter, and ATVing, hiking, kayaking, and lake days in the summer. In the fall, the men in our family enjoy hunting. Hosting allows us to share the magic of this mountain town with others who appreciate nature, relaxation, and adventure as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose this home because of its perfect mix of location and comfort-it's ideal for hosting family and friends. The house features two master suites with private bathrooms, offering privacy for multiple families or couples traveling together. We love how close it is to all three lakes and the heart of Grand Lake, as well as the easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking, wildlife viewing and scenic drives. In warmer months, we enjoy playing horseshoes, sitting around the fire pit and spending time outdoors. It's a wonderful place for all ages.
What makes this property unique
Our home stands out for its spacious layout and thoughtful design-featuring two master bedrooms (one on the main floor and one upstairs), making it perfect for multi-family stays. The open concept common areas offer plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax, both indoors and out. The large backyard is a highlight, with a gas fire pit, horseshoe pit, and space for volleyball or yard games. It's a true mountain retreat designed for memory-making.
