My family and I came down to the Kenai in July to dipnet for salmon and were lucky enough to find this gem of a place. It is very close to the North beach access. Not quite close enough that you'd want to haul your carts, coolers and dipnets down the hill instead of parking in the beach parking lot, but we have an infant and my parents were easily able to walk him up the beach and back to the house while my husband and I stayed on the beach. If you have children, the neighborhood was lovely and very close to a park where our little was able to swing, climb and slide. The house was very lovely to be able to come back to after a long, wet, windy day on the beach. We certainly appreciated the hot tub! And the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Sean also provided an outdoor table so we were able to fillet our fish and a freezer on the back deck to store the fish after vacuum sealing them. Communication with Sean during our stay was very quick and easy. This is a great place to stay if you're down on the Kenai and we hope to be back in the future!
